It is very rare that I buy clothes full price. Each time I come here, they always have some new items on clearance. Their customer service is quite stellar, too! If you love accessories to match with your clothes, you can probably find something to match your outfits from here. I actually really like that they've moved to Perkins Rowe just because I prefer shopping in this area over going to the mall area. Their clothing designs are colorful and fun + very high-quality. The shopping bag and tissue paper stuffing I got was even scented, which I believe you can purchase those scents in-store, too. This is probably my favorite retail shop at Perkins Rowe. I'll be back again and again.

I bought 2 dresses and nude bra, I asked The cashier about the return policy and she told me 14…read moredays with a receipt. I said ok good because I'm not sure if I will need this tonight but if I don't open I will return it tomorrow. I returned the next day with the bra still in the unopened box and my receipt, she told me that I could not return it because it was a final sale item. I replied and said you didn't tell me that yesterday and she said well sorry. So I asked to speak to someone else and the next Lady told me that I couldn't return it because it was a lingerie item. How is a nude bra a lingerie item? I didn't proceeded to tell her how the same cashier told me I could return it yesterday with my receipt if it was unopened and she still said no. How do you tell people they can return stuff and then when they come to return it you tell them no after I already asked you. And note it's wrapped up in an unopened box.

Randi responded and suggested my daughter shops at Goodwill and thanks for giving her greatly appreciated and not asked for opinion. Signed Randi :) . This left me with the impression that customer input is not valued and that concerns are met with sarcasm rather than professionalism. As much money I spend there, I felt applaud and very hurt.
