She was able accommodate my same day cleaning request, which was nice because I didn't have time to clean before my guest came into town. She brought all her own cleaning supplies as well!! She did a WONDERFUL job. I don't think I've ever seen my bathroom and kitchen sparkle like they do after Jan! If you are in need of quick, affordable, great service CALL JAN!!!!

I too had an unfortunate experience with Jan. I had hired her to do a move out cleaning. The unit…read moreshe was to clean was approx 500 sq ft. I met her at the unit and let her in. I then ran some errands and came back two hours later thinking she'd be just about done. I walk in and barely anything had been done. She was cleaning out the tub, apparently, but I couldn't even smell the cleaning products (which usually you can, especially in a space that small). I asked her if she thought she'd be done soon, and she said she was just getting started. I then paid her for the two hours and said to text me when she was done and we could square up later. Maybe like the previous poster, I was too trusting. I didn't receive a text so the next afternoon I text her. She said she was at my apartment cleaning until 4 in the morning. Seven hours of cleaning for a 500 sf apartment? So later that day I had a walkthrough with my landlord and it was the first time seeing the place after Jan cleaned. Yes, the fridge and oven were cleaned and the toilet was mostly cleaned, but the shelves weren't, and there was a layer of something grimy on the hardwood floors. It looked like someone spent an hour and a half, maybe two hours cleaning - definitely not the seven hours she said she did. Even my previous landlord during the walkthrough said I had been ripped off and asked me for her name so she could be sure to stay away. Anyway, I called her and told her I wasn't happy and she said she'd meet me at the place that weekend so I can show her what areas needed to be recleaned. Well, that day she was at another house and was over an hour late in heading in my direction. I waited until I couldn't anymore and then called her and said to forget about the reclean, I couldn't wait. I said I'd be willing to pay for another hour or so more than what I had previously paid, but not the seven additional hours she said she cleaned. She told me to keep the money. I definitely would recommend looking elsewhere for cleaning services

(I might if still picked them even if they weren't the lowest due to the in person estimate) I work from home and I am typically here when they clean but I almost wouldn't even know they were here except the "clean" smell and the sound of the vacuum on the rugs. I also love that they call me the day before to remind me that they are coming and approximately what time.

I booked a month in advance for a clean in April. She assured me that the time will work and even gave a 2 day call to remind me of the services coming up. We did a deep clean and every thing was great! The refrigerator was cleaner than we received it and we are so satisfied with the attention to detail she has done throughout the clean. Our appointment was from 1:30 PM with 2 cleaners (Blanca & Angelica) for a 4 bedroom & 2 full bathroom home. Refer to the deep cleaning checklist. Upon arrival and checking things out, after Blanca has left, I noticed a few drawers still dirty and untouched. I did contact Blanca's Cleaning for assistance & they came the next day at 0800 AM to ensure each drawer was cleaned to my standards! Mind you, everything was fully empty and ready for the next tenants to move in. Otherwise dispite this hiccup, she made sure that we were fully satisfied with the clean prior to moving! I have absolutely no complaints and Blanca's cleaning was super reliable, especially for the price I paid! She does not have any reviews & I wanted to be sure that she had the opportunity to reach more customers for her amazing service she has done for my family & I during our moving out process. Thank you Blanca Cleaning for your quickness, effectiveness, and amazing service! I really recommend this service for anyone looking for a bi-weekly, occasional, or deep clean!

When my I spoke with Mickie and disputed the extra charge, she told me, "then I'll call your mother-in-law (actually my step-mother) to embarrass the hell out of you so she'll pay." The extra cost was because she said we can't expect four people "who aren't illegals" to work for that little; 'that little' meaning the amount she quoted. They were friendly and honest about everything. They went over everything that they would do for my family from the ceiling to the floors. I did not want to get a head of myself with good feelings so I booked with them and decided to give them a chance. I needed my home cleaned for my grandmothers 90th Birthday Arrival Experience with the maids- GREAT The maids came to the home 10 minutes early. The driver asked where I preferred them to park. ( in the drive way or in the street) The maids had great appearances. The maids introduced themselves and asked to be shown the home so that they could see where everything was in order to get started. Cleaning Experience- GREAT The maids were very thorough and cleaned things that I honestly did not even notice in my home. They moved chairs and vacuumed the edges of my carpet. (That made my happy to see) The maids worked together as a great team. They spoke in a low tone so that it did not disturb me as I worked in my office. They offered to shut my office door while they vacuumed so that they did not disturb my work. Which I thought was very polite and professional. They were able to remove a stain on my sink that I was not able to get cleaned. One of the Office managers also does the quality control, She came and checked on the girls to make sure that everything we had spoken about was getting done. Then she went over my invoice with me and asked if I had any questions. Office Experience- Amazing I called the office and spoke to the Office Manager to let her know that the maids had left a spray bottle at my home and with in minutes the girls were back picking it up. The Office Manager was very polite and prompt This showed me that there is great communication with all parties involved. I felt pleased with this cleaning. If I ever need my home cleaned again I will be sure to call and schedule with these girls. I am definitely Mickies Maids Fan
