However when the time came for the cleaning it started to go awry. I first received a call saying that the lead singer's husband was in and that they needed to push my appointment out by two hours. Considering the circumstances I found that to be acceptable,but when they came to do the cleaning service my husband asked how her husband was doing and she had no idea what he was talking about. We had been slated for 7.5 hours of cleaning my email stated that they would send two people to get it done in half the time. They were only at the house for 2.5 hours and charged the full amount and didn't even clean the base board and ceiling fans. They left before I got home to check the work, when I noticed that things weren't done I called and spoke to Rob. He was terribly and hopeful and said there was nothing they could do until we submitted an incident via their online service and sent photos. I have company coming the following day and so I had to complete the cleaning myself and we did over a week to hear back. When I finally heard back they said my credit card on file didn't work and started harassing me for non-payment and that they would be turning me over to collections. The lack of customer service and flat out right rudeness of this company was appalling. Then they told me and sent me a picture of a checklist that was supposedly checked off but my husband absolving them from their liability. However once looking at the document I found that they had forged my husband signature. At this point in time I reviewed my security cameras and I don't even know if the people that came to my house were actually employed insured and bonded by the company at all. I'm contacting a lawyer and contacting the police department in regards to forge documents and entering my home under false pretense. Please use caution!

Jake and Lindsay are 2 of the worst people you would have to deal with and if you read other reviews on the company, you will see workers not getting paid and others that have used the service not satisfied, and you have to send a picture of why you are not satisfied. So, you have been warned. I absolutely have no positives to tell you about this rip off of a company. get Might Maids or the maids anyone but them. Know who you are working with.

He provided an extremely reasonable quote that was below some other cleaning services and stuck to it. The house had some pretty filthy areas, especially in the fridge, oven, light fixtures and around the door frames. Everything was cleaned expertly. The fridge and oven were even pulled out and cleaned completely inside and out. The grime was nowhere to be seen once they were done. Andre even managed to get the hard water stains off of the fridge water dispenser. For a little extra, they shampooed the carpet for the entire house, which is most of the house, and applied Scotchgard to all of it. There was nothing that I asked for to be cleaned that was left dirty. The only thing that wasn't cleaned were underside of the window and sliding door tracks, but I didn't ask about those and I think that's pretty understandable. Andre and his son were friendly and professional, and I highly recommend them for any major cleaning service you need.
