The nurse was extremely friendly, explained to me everything that she was doing and why, and kept me well informed throughout the entire process. The dentist was efficient in his work, checked to make sure that I was okay, and explained to me what he had done and why. Before I left the nurse told me what to expect within the next couple of hours as the area they had worked on healed and what to expect until my next appointment. I could not ask for a better experience in having this tooth implant done.

They will split your appointment into two talking about deep cleaning, take you to the front office to check with the insurance. The front office staff will print out a statement showing you that insurance covers both services, and you get to pay for anesthetic which is $10. The day I went for the second cleaning I had to wait for a long time because of technical difficulties. I got done and I could not pay the $10 and the lady said they would call me the next day. The following day, a call came in right at the time when they were to about to close, and a statement had been sent of $200 plus. I called and somebody stated they had closed, I asked why the statement was sent after close time if she had nobody to answer my questions, she told me to pay tthe $10 then would have billing look into it. She explained that they call insurance, but they do not know what will be covered. First of all when they sat down with me on the initial visit and informed me that insurance would cover everything that was a LIE. The staff on the line said, I should wait for the claim to come back, and they do not know the timeline, alternatively I could just pay the statement balance $200 plus, they lied to me, falsified information and just wanted it paid, this is like STEALING from people. The only resolution being offered was, I am sorry. They know very well that if you do not pay, after a certain time you will be taken to collections, spoil your credit and still get paid. This is very unfair to people and I think most people do not even check how much they are being told to pay and they just charge the card, and continue falsfying information. Save yourself the headache and get a genuine, trustworthy place.

My sister and her husband go to this location and when I was looking for a place they recommended Grove Health Dental. Pleasant staff, clean, and state of the art tech. First visit was a cleaning with a filling. (The filling being the only reason for me to go. I hadn't been for about 8 years) Everything was normal. I would say that I was happy. If you asked where to go I'd mention where I go. No biggy. It wasn't until my second visit recently that it became impressive. I get a notification of my appointment on my phone. Awesome. You ever forget? Happened to me once, so it's nice to have that backup. They have my same insurance, and everything is preprinted and ready to go. Filled out and copied from my last visit, they tell me, "Go over it and if anything has changed please mark it, if not, sign at the bottom". I'm thinking "Thank god I don't have to do this all again. What a smart and efficient way to go about it. I get my cleaning and I ask about my old orthodontic work and if the small damage to my teeth (A result of poor brushing as a kid) could be dealt with. I had HSA money to burn and It is something I've always felt self conscious about. He tells me about a non-invasive method to remove or minimize the visible damage to my teeth. I'm interested and they have time to do it right there (AWESOME saving time). Ultraviolet light guns, dental dams, chemical compounds, and tools later I have a happier smile. SO right before he finishes is what I feel is the most important part of the story for anyone choosing their Dentist office. They are basically done and compare the before pictures with what they have now. The assistant and him are in discussion of the improvement and I notice he is half listening and agreeing as he changes his view, moving his head from one side to another to get different angles of the work, I can see he is dissatisfied and tells me he's going to go over it AGAIN. It's that kind of workmanship and pride that separates your good from your great. I look for details like that whenever I make decisions concerning people and places.
