I have been living in a 2 bedroom at Forestplace apartments for 5yrs. During my time here the issues I encountered are parking. There are not enough spaces for guest. I had several occurances where some parked in my reserved spot. Had to call the police once during Covid when a drunk resident was banging on my door at 3:00am in the morning. Overall the ammenties are not bad but the pool does seem to be closed often. The units by the office are a bit noisy due to close proximity to a busy road. read more

I was residing here for two years since it was a close drive to Pacific University. And I am very glad that I chose this place. Clean and well maintained property, multiple amenities, and excellent customer service. Another thing that I love about this place was that during the start of Covid-19, management was quite lenient about rent payment, they've offered a few monthly discounts and are willing to negotiate late payments. They are understanding of difficult situations and that's important for a business. I am very appreciative of this and would 10/10 recommend this place to any future renter. read more

If you're looking for apartments to live at, look past this one. Hands down by far the worst place to live. For the entire year and half we lived here I wished everyday that we would've put our money else where in a different apartment place. The first night we moved into the apartment my husband and I woke up with flea bites on our ankles. When I was finally able to get ahold of them, I asked for them to take care of the fleas, they said that they could but we would have to pay the pest control bill. Our first night in the apartment and they were already money greedy. But wait it gets "better". They say that they have a pool and hot tub for you to use but they're lying! They have it closed and off limits more then it's open so if your planning on having a nice place to lounge by the pool side jokes on you cause they'll have it closed. So much for paying extra for it. Also it doesn't matter if you are in a 1 bedroom, 2 bedroom, or 3 bedroom you only get 1 parking spot that isn't even guaranteed to be remotely near your apartment building because it's a "first come first serve". Yet they have 6 parking spots in front of each apartment building. Oh and if you need another parking spot that's $50 extra a month on top of your ridiculous amount you pay for your apartment. Another thing is If you're looking to get your security deposit back, chances are they are already laughing in your face because they will try anything to take your entire deposit and then some. I know this based off of experiences. I don't regret many things in my life but boy do I regret signing a contract and living at this horrible apartment place. So in return I'm writing this to help make sure that no else makes the same mistake I did in choosing this apartment place. read more

This was a last minute booking & so happy we chose it! Staff were super friendly and send us upstairs to our room 2 hours early! The room was very clean and had a huge tv. The kitchen comes with spoons, knifes, bowls, fridge, microwave, table & chairs it was a perfect place to stay the night at. It also includes a hot tub, swimming pool & a basketball ball court which you can use! The staff are always active online and respond in a few minutes if you have any questions! Hi, me and my family have lived here for around a year or so and we're already leaving. The management doesn't do anything about neighbors (even when police are called, and even when said neighbors housed a wanted person). we've had issues with the apartment even when moving in, the doorframes cracking because of cheap plywood, thin walls, appliances breaking a month or two after moving in. Etc. The management doesn't do anything to help you if you ask, only giving fees or false promises. Wouldn't recommend moving here. But at least you have a pool you can only use 2/12 months of the year, if that. read more

I have lived at the Forestplace Aprartment Homes for 3 years. I love living here. My apartment is beautiful inside and out. I love that it is modern and energy efficient with great windows and AC! The pool is always great. Its a great, safe, family friendly place to live. Maintenance is top notch. The office staff is excellent as well. Best place to live in Forest Grove! read more
