This has been especially difficult since my daughter has a disability and reliable air is essential for her comfort. My electric bill has also gone up due to the system running inefficiently. I truly hope management provides a permanent solution instead of temporary fixes.

From the moment I submitted my complaints, the team took my concerns seriously and followed through on every single thing they said they would do. Both issues were fully resolved and all parties are now in compliance. It's rare to deal with a management team that actually does what they say. Delisha in particular was responsive, professional, and genuinely cared about making sure the residents were comfortable and the community was being properly maintained. With the current management, I have only consistently interacted with one person (Gabby), and she has been very dismissive. My experience: The apartment was not move‑in ready. They could have easily given me a ready to move-in apartment but chose not to despite being informed of availability if the current one did not meet my liking. - Dirty and partially painted walls in some areas - Toilet flushometer not working in one bedroom - Window blinds missing the adjustment stick and a hole in the net - Kitchen garbage disposal not working - Balcony door did not lock securely - Kitchen cabinet hinges and handles are poorly installed and loose - Water fixtures like hose bibs are poorly installed in both bedroom bathroom - A big whole approx. 7 inches in diameter under the kitchen sink - No trash can provided, despite being charged valet trash fees - Dishwasher not working - Floor vibrates and shakes when the HVAC unit is turned on (both cooling and heating) (The last three issues are still unresolved as of this post. Several maintenance tickets were submitted before the dishwasher was finally addressed, yet it remains unresolved.) Despite all these issues, I had no choice but to take the apartment because I was relocating from Texas and was out of state. I gave management two months to fix everything before I returned. Those two months I continued to pay rent for an apartment with no furniture moved in. When I came back after those two months, nothing had been fixed. I then had to submit maintenance requests myself, and even now, these issues continue to go unresolved. (I will upload pictures later)

But let's start with valet trash--it's terrible. They show up whenever they feel like it. The service is supposed to run Sunday through Thursday, but it doesn't. Management isn't doing anything about it, yet we're still paying for it--and now they're talking about adding even more trash-related charges to our bill. That makes no sense. Next is maintenance. Repairs are half-done at best now. The old crew was much better. I think I only see one person left from that original team. And then there's the neighbors--if you're going to smoke, please do it outside. No one wants smoke coming through their vents into their apartment. At this point, I'm seriously considering calling my recruiter and just breaking the lease altogether. I will say, though--Summer, Shaylah, and Danesha are great when it comes to communication in the office.

Ms. Lashon is the sweetest and would literally give you the shirt off of her back. She goes above and beyond to help her residents as much as possible. I haven't had any roach problems or anything drastic happen since I've been living here. Its a wonderful place to stay, very peaceful and NO CRIME WHATSOEVER. More than 1 police officer lives out here so i feel very safe in this community. Don't hesitate to make this your next home I LOVE IT HERE!!!! I will be renewing my lease next year if it's the Lord's will. I don't plan to move any time soon!

The maintenance men are absolutely creepy so even when they do come to fix minor issues, you have to be weary of being creeped out in your own home and the amenities such as the pool has been cleaning for almost 3 months and the day that they said they would open it. It is now being pushed back for another few weeks, I doubt the pool will even be ready by the time my lease is up and by the time I sink actually gets fixed. Scammed. Second, the pool wasn't fixed and opened until summer was basically over. Third, they shut off the water for entire buildings all the time without notice for non-emergency repairs. They never tell us when it's back on either. I'm pretty sure this qualifies as landlord harassment. Finally, if you call the office to know what's going on, you won't get an answer until you call about 25 times.
