Well my experience started out good I even complimented the woman and told her the owner that the only reason I went there was because of her great review on Yelp. She chuckled and thanked me for coming by. I then commenced to get some quarters and actually $20 worth of quarters I had two loads of laundry and the machines were a little more expensive than I was used to. After I got done my two loads of wash I went over to the biggest dryer they had there for $6.25 it was a triple load dryer or so I thought. So I put my two loads of laundry in there and while I went out to get something from the truck the woman met me at the dryer and said I forgot to start it but before I do I needed to transfer half of it to a second dryer and spend another $6.25 LOL. So two loads from two washers will not fit supposedly into a triple load dryer LOL WTF. So I simply gathered up my laundry put it back in my single medium size plastic tote and went out to the parking lot and hung it all over my truck in front of her business to dry my clothes the old fashioned way with the Georgia Heat. I even found a frame to a swinging sign that had lost the sign during the recent hurricane and I was able to hang 10 or 12 pieces of laundry from that in front of her establishment. People came by and asked me if I was selling clothes LOL I told them no I told them exactly what happened. Naturally the woman the owner would make twice as much money if she chastised and embarrassed and made fun of insisted that the customers use two dryers one for each load of laundry even though they were triple load dryers. So I wish I could give zero stars but I have to give at least one but feel free to contact me if you'd like I can explain more but I certainly won't be going here again. In fact I would not recommend anybody go there. Go to the nearest local casino and spend those quarters on something you'll get some satisfaction from. read more

Clean facility with plenty of washers and dryers. The older lady that works there is very polite. Plenty of parking for a bus. Lady said open until 8-9pm every night. Stayed open later to allow laundry to finish. She was in here cleaning. read more

Forest Park Laundromat - Plenty of clean washers and dryers. Those that don't work are marked. - Laundromat Near Me - Valdosta, Georgia

Very clean! Owner, Gloria was there and cleaned the entire time I was there to do one load of vacation laundry. I was just driving through from Florida to Macon GA. The air conditioned store is small and if I was bringing in larger amounts I can easily see I may have had to wait for an open machine. read more

The most careless place I ever been . They took my laundry out early , and had my baby clothes on the floor . Stole my shirts and wouldn't speak to me in English . Only spoke to each other in Spanish , while I was standing right there . ! Wow read more

Almost EVERY dryer does not work!! Pathetic!! A lot of machines (washers & dryers) have "out of order" sign on them but many more need signs. Wasted money trying to find a dryer that actually works read more

Ask for Gloria the owner. She is very attentive the place is always clean and large machines and dryers. Keep up the great work Gloria!

The Manager is very rude. I was using 2 dryers and put $1.50 in each. Well one of the dryers didn't dryer my clothes. I informed the manager and she brings back .75 to put in the dryer. I told her I put $1.50 in the dryer and wanted that same amount reimbursed. She tells me to take my clothes and not come back. Will definitely take her advice and take my money elsewhere with better customer service. read more
