Yes this is the only one in town, it is a bit old fashion when it comes to the machines and the staff. But you know what, it's a nice old fashion environment, the staff has been friendly my entire life, and it's a place you can chill and watch a little tv/play their pair of arcade machines/ask to use their wifi if you're a customer (lived in Thomasville my whole life btw). Say what you must about the staff or the machines being rude or broken respectively, but anything and everything has an off/bad day, we all do.
