To be fair though they also make plaques but headstones are their primary business. They are family owned and have been around for ages. There is no headstone that they cannot make or duplicate. I have seen much older hand made or made out of town headstones that they have duplicated precisely. If your headstone comes loose after years of our abusive weather they will come out and re-secure it without a problem. My entire family (that's quite a number of people) have used them and thy have made all the headstones in my church's cemetery. I know from experience that they have been philanthropic in our community with donations.

It took two weeks before they finally put it in - only they had the wrong date of birth. I checked all the paperwork that we signed and the correct date was on the paperwork. When I brought it to their attention, I was told by three different people that Adriana would contact me. She never did! Finally, they did get it fixed and placed the marker. In the contract, it says that the marker will only stay at the grave site for 45 days. I HOPE IT DOES. Now I'm reconsidering ordering the permanent marker from them.

When asked, I was told they were no longer allowed by the new company. In short, you bury your loved ones under one set of rules and then they no longer apply. You have to have had a memorial with the vases attached, buy their flowers or invest in an new memorial with a vase for $3,000. Rachael did try to help but she can't overrule the lousy corporate office. So, I am no longer able to decorate my parents' memorial because they remove everything. I am disgusted with this place!

My mother passed away on the 8th of June and we had made arrangements with Coast to Coast. I have…read morenever had to make final arrangements before. It could not have been easier and the staff (Sarah in particular) could not have been any kinder. She sent me the paperwork via e-mail, I filled it out and we went from there. Any questions I had were answered, and when we went to do the final paperwork and selection of an urn, they were so sympathetic and warm, making the experience pleasant--despite the devastation I was feeling. When the time came, they were so gentle and respectful of my mother when they lay her on the stretcher to bring her to their facility. When we informed them she was a veteran, they provided a flag to drape her in. When we picked up her remains, the flag was folded and was presented to me. Also, the process was very quick and they kept me apprised of everything! She passed on the Saturday, she was cremated on Wednesday and we picked her up on Monday. (They do ask that you schedule a time to come in. Not a hardship.) I cannot praise them enough nor thank them enough for everything, especially the gentleness in which they treated my mother. They really made the experience non-traumatic and easy. I highly recommend them. (And if you are worried about the price points, they are extremely reasonable and don't rush you to pay. The last thing anyone wants is to discuss payment when you're at your loved one's side, and they are so cognizant and considerate of that.) Again, thank you for everything. --Clarissa.
