I went here for a job interview and did not get the job. However, based on what I saw and the nice…read morestaff that I met, I can recommend this company. I have 10+ years experience in the Funeral Industry and I was very impressed with the overall business model of Baldwin Brothers. I can assure you that their prices are much lower than their competitors, yet the location where the Visitation and/or Funeral would happen is welcoming and soothing, organized and uplifting. I feel that grieving families would get personal service here at a low cost. I also met the pre-arrangement person who helps families to set up monthly payments so that everything is taken care of when that time comes (which truly helps their relatives to suffer less). I liked the man. Whether someone has passed or you want to plan ahead, Baldwin Brothers has everything you need.

From the start, Matt showed compassion and understanding, making us feel at ease in our grief. His professionalism was clear as he provided us a respectful space to say goodbye to our beloved Dad. What set Matt apart was his thoughtful approach; he never rushed us or pressured us into unnecessary services. Instead, he educated us on our options and guided us through the next steps, alleviating our burdens during this emotional time. Thank you, Matt and Baldwin Bros. They stepped right in, picked up my Dad, met with my siblings and I and objectively explained all of our options, made calls to the state to resolve our issues and made us feel like we were the most important people on their list of things to do. Kaitlyn Schrader was competent, compassionate and professional. I highly recommend Right Choice Cremation.

But when we finally received his death certificate it was signed off by a doctor and the issue date was all within 3 -4 days of his death. Baldwin brothers you took all my trust away leaving my dad with you. I hate the feeling I may not have my dads remains. Seems you lied about why things took so long. Did my dad just get pushed aside or was he cremated and mixed up with someone else? And when I sat at your table and asked twice for my dads pin # for his finger print you pushed your brochure in front of me and encouraged me to order through you. Again I asked for his pin because I didn't want to give you anymore money and the second time you then pushed your business card in front of me. I lost my dad and you were too worried about making an extra dollar. Shame on you!!!

To be fair though they also make plaques but headstones are their primary business. They are family owned and have been around for ages. There is no headstone that they cannot make or duplicate. If your headstone comes loose after years of our abusive weather they will come out and re-secure it without a problem. My entire family (that's quite a number of people) have used them and thy have made all the headstones in my church's cemetery. There was no introduction, and definitely no sympathy. He actually made us feel guilty for being their customer. No one should need to deal with that at a very stressful time. The facility is dated and nothing special. it was 6 days from the day or death to the funeral, and they got things together quickly so the funeral went off without a hitch. I was going through a very hard time and called a few different funeral homes. The big deciding factor for me to work with Beyer's was the staff from my 1st phone call. My 1st phone call was with RJ. He was very understanding and was so nice and helpful. I spoke with RJ a few times and yes at all hours of the night. He kept me in the loop with the process at each step of the way until my mother was in Beyer's care. Then I worked with David and Patrick. Both were super awesome, caring, and very communicative. All calls and emails were responded to in a very timely manner. I was doing all of this from Illinois and I must say I kept thinking "Beyer's has such great customer service and they really deliver southern charm" I also spoke with the office girls a few times (I don't have names) but once again was never disappointed!!! Beyer's team went above and beyond for me and I so appreciate it!!! They made the hardest time in my life easier for me to handle. They get an A+++ in my book!
