I am experiencing burning & numbness in my right thigh for over a year now & also numbness in both my left & right toes, the right worse. I was recommended to go 3x week for Adjustment & PT, but that would cost $30 out of pocket each visit. So, due to being on a fixed income, I could not afford the $90 a week & went with just the Adjustment therapy for 2 x week, No PT. Was only able to do that for about 2 weeks, then realized could only afford 1x week @ $15 a visit.At first there was some relief in the thigh discomfort, (the numbness in the toes never got better) but then it kept getting worse. The machine they used on my rt gluteal area was causing some burning & discomfort there. They evaluated & asked me each visit how I was feeling & I told them about it. I decided if I could not afford the full treatment @ 3 x wk, I was really not getting benefits from just Adjustment 1 x week. My plan now is to see my family doctor again & go from there. They were prompt in contacting me back and was able to fit me in their schedule the same day. Dorothy, the Office Manager, confirmed my appointment, ensuring I have completed all the forms properly. I am no stranger to Chiropractic Care, and have seen a few. However, I have not seen a Chiropractor since early of 2017-18 and is a new patient. Dr. Herald was attentive, and performed a thorough examination along with an X-Ray; he also performed a diagnostic physical test to determine range of motion and mobility. He is certified in the use of the activator in his practice. He explained what to expect. I've had both before (manual and activator). I must say that Dr. Herald is adept at the application/use of the activator. I say this because I can feel the difference in my body, and felt pain relief. Whereas before seeing him, I had to use the portable TENS unit for the back, the roll-on pain-relief/anti-inflammatory gel and took DOAN's for Back pills, to alleviate the pain. He had gone over the X-Ray results with me, and his recommended course of treatment ahead. In addition of course to the adjustment, I was also placed on the roller massager and medical grade TENS with moist heat. I am looking forward to get this area strengthened to prevent future injuries. I am grateful to Dr. Herald and Dorothy for their skillful and warm care.

They accept some insurance, which is awesome for a chiropractor. They accept credit cards, and accept payments for future services. When you go back to see the chiropractor, it's a short visit. Answer some questions and talk about yourself for a bit, then get in the table and within 5 minutes, you're headed out the door to carry on with your day. Great place, very convenient.
