Was able to renew my membership in minutes and got back to shopping. Customer service lines at the Costco down the street is always hella long. It's been a couple years since I last wrote my review for her and this continues to be the place for all things non-alcoholic drinks and bulk snacks. The la croix 24-pack is $9.99 and the business center is the only place you can buy specific flavors. The regular costco only have the variety pack, which has too many flavors that I don't like. I love celcius and they sell 24-packs of single flavors (orange is my favorite), where the regular costco only sells the variety pack. What I love about this Costco is that the parking is always easy and going in-and-out for a quick costco trip is never an issue. If you are able looking for staple items in bulk, this is a less stressful Costco shopping experience for sure. I didn't realize how inconvenient not having the food court is anymore because when I'm doing a Costco run, or being in the vicinity of a Costco a $1.50 hot dog is calling my name and I can't get one here. Bummer they took it away but hopefully one day they bring it back!

Like the previous reviewer, I also came to Marque Foods (IFI Gourmet) to stock my wedding dessert…read moretable up with little treats, and it was completely worth it! Sure, if you have any pastry snobs attending your party, you may want to satisfy their "sophisticated" palate and/or shut them up by catering your sweets from a local famous bakery or something, but my wedding attendees all loved the sweets and would have had no idea that they weren't "catered." In fact, I wouldn't be surprised if you or I have eaten some of their offerings at local bakeries, restaurants, or catered events because they not only sell fully prepared desserts, but also unfilled cream puffs, tart shells, chocolate decorations, flavoring pastes, and other base ingredients! Therefore if you enjoy baking and want to get some specialty ingredients (glazes! fondants! sugar flowers!) as well as normal baking ingredients that surpass the quality of the average grocery store versions, here's where you want to go. Can you imagine showing up to a friend's birthday party with a homemade cake, filled with mousse, and topped with chocolate batons and shavings? Showstopping. The building is unassuming; located in a business park in the industrial food service districts near the Biotech zone of South San Francisco. You can check out their catalog online (ifigourmet is their parent site's name) but you have to order by phone or email. The only catch is, as a wholesaler, they will not sell to you unless you have some sort of business/tax ID to present them with. It doesn't have to be a catering/food service related business, mind you. As long as it's a business (I used my company's tax ID, with their permission) you are allowed to place an order. Then you schedule a time to pick up your goodies. There's no showroom for you to browse, so you just have to go with whatever you see in the catalog. In addition to buying sweets for the wedding, I also bought a case of vanilla macarons for myself, just to, you know, see the quality ;) Yes, I ate them all within a month.

WEDDING REVIEW I'm…read moreso lucky to have found this place. I was on the hunt for competitvely priced mini desserts for my dessert table. Because this is wholesale only and they cater to mostly pastry chefs, I couldn't do a tasting. So my mom decided to "test the waters" and order French Macarons and Petit Fours mini pastries for my engagement party. To my surprise, the macarons were very good. There were four flavors: Chocolate, Vanilla, Raspberry and Pistachio. There was an assortment of mini, bite size pastries like hazlenut cream puff and and a classic Opera torte. Some of these desserts tasted better than others. And some of these desserts did not keep their consistency very well. For this reason, I didn't order the petit fours for my wedding day. I did order 360 macarons in 6 flavors and there weren't any left over at the end of the night! You can pick it up yourself at their location M-F. However, they do offer free delivery on orders $100 or more, but not to residences and they could only deliver to my location on Wednesday. If I host another party one of these days, I would love to try out their frozen desserts. It is a really yummy looking assortment. You will not find a better deal on macarons. I will totally share "my little secret" and recommend Marque Foods to any wedding or party planning needs!
