I'm sad that a couple of negative reviews brings their rating down, I've been with them since they opened, I think it was around 2015. Bottom line I can't say enough good things about this medical clinic and Dr. Stelmach!!

The reason they gave me is that Aetna would only cover my appointment if I had kidney disease or diabetes. I have NAFLD, chronic hepatitis, and possibly chronic pancreatitis. I went to the ER and on their discharge papers that they gave me, they wanted me to go to my primary doctor within a week. I called Monday, got an appointment set up for Wednesday at 10:15 a.m. Due to unforeseen construction on the Redlands, we were 10 minutes late to our appointment and they turned us away and told us we had to reschedule to another day. Keep in mind I had a massive accident (skull fracture, forehead, swelling face is purple with bruises) but I could not get in to see my doctor. Now I need to see a doctor who is unaware of my previous medical issues and knows nothing about me, all because I was 10 minutes late. I know she has a job to do, but should there not be exceptions? Especially to someone that came in looking like me. Where was the compassion?
