Don't use these people. More so the corporate office than the actual location but still.... They called me the day of my appointment, actually 45 mins prior because I was almost there, to say they didn't take my insurance so I asked how much cash pay would be so my day wasn't wasted. They transferred me over to a manager and they told me it would be X amount for the appointment. Any biopsy would be extra. did the appointment, loved the NP by the way no issues there, they didn't biopsy anything. Weeks later I get a bill for extra. Called them explained everything and they said there was nothing they could do it was a down payment. The word down payment was never used the day of the appointment. I was given a good faith estimate, under VA law, for the appointment with nothing else required unless a biopsy was needed. I made sure of this. Asked to speak to a manager and they were gonna call me back. Weeks go by and I get another bill. Called again and ask to speak to a manager. Now I've still never heard from them. This is the reason people hate medical professionals. I'd have better consumer service with a drug dealer on a street corner. read more

The staff here is very friendly and nice! The dermatologist that saw me was Miss Constante and she was very friendly and very helpful. We shared a couple of laughs and she was just overall and wonderful person. I came in to get my acne checked out and she was very gentle with checking my acne out and prescribed me tretinoin and explained what it does and how long it MAY take me to see results. Anyways, the staff are nice people and I would recommend this dermatology place. read more

Worst customer service ever!! They're always having issues with their providers. Showed up to my appointment to be informed it has been canceled, because they don't have a dermatologist in the office. Not sure why they are even open for business. read more

The staff all seem friendly and helpful. They'll tell you the accept your insurance & then send you a large bill for the services. The visit was a quick check and hey there was done. I will not be back here nor recommend anyone to this deceptive & misleading office. They'll tell you they accept your insurance to deceitfully get you to come in & then bill you for services. If I had a Zero rating I would give it. POOR DECEITFUL DERMATOLIGIST!! Don't go here!! read more

Excellent Service from the minute you are at their door while they phone screen you for COVID-19 as a precautionary first step into their clean welcoming office after Chesterfield Town Center, Midlothian, VA. Dr Mana Ogholikhan MD examined me & even fixed my face mask for me. A thorough well-explained unrushed office visit with Dr M Olgolikhan. The Medical Assistant Carmen was delightful & compassionate& professional. The two front desk staff female employees Letisha&Sharon were wonderfully efficient & welcoming too. If you're a human being and know when you're encountering a condescending and disingenuous front desk worker, then please avoid this place at all cost. I never made it past the lady (Dalene) above and I attempted twice. Today's attempt was unsuccessful because , "You are late by 1 minute beyond are 15 minute timeframe!" Had I not gone back to my car to retrieve my mask, I would've been on time. Didn't waste my time explaining knowing that she was being sarcastic and condescending. The first time was when I went in person to schedule an appointment and the same lady told me, "We don't have any openings anytime soon." Um you mean to tell me that you're booked everyday until 2022? Paladins loses at the end of the day because my PPO insurance rates are excellent. Sad that one person (Dalene) can end up costing the practice tens if not hundreds of thousands of dollars...and that's the bare minimum. This front desk lady (Dalene) should be placed as far to the back of the practice as possible or be forced to retire. Dalene would be a perfect front desk employee if she was still working in the 1940's, maybe 50's, but those of you who read this I'm sure have learned that God doesn't like evilness. I have been to Paladin Derm three times over the years and every one was bad. My insurance keeps sending me to them and it's for nothing because they don't do anything to help me. The first time I went in it was a man and he was very condescending to me and I walked away feeling like crap about myself and with really no help.He gave me a cream for my face that never helped. The second time I went in the doctor came in and looked over my problem areas really fast and said this is hereditary, this is Hereditary and there's nothing you can do about it. The last time I went in, I went in for multiple problems and she only addressed one problem and kept interrupting me to tell her nurse to write down things. I even told her that I recently gained 100 pounds and she said congratulations. So obviously she wasn't listening to me. I was telling her that I gained 100 pounds because there's parts of my body where the skin has split. She then asked me do you want me to take a look at that and I said yes. She took a quick look and gave me medication for a rash. I don't know if it's gonna work yet. She spent a lot of time telling me how to bathe and what to do after I bathe. Uhh...I do all the things she was telling me I should do, anyway. I never got to address my other problems at all. I felt rushed out. The room was darkened too, so I don't know how she saw anything sufficiently but I will be contacting my Insurance company and telling them not to send me back to them. I need a skin Doctor Who can tell me how to get rid of the problems that I'm having and help me with them not just tell me it's hereditary and there's nothing you can do about it. I had a very positive experience seeing Lori Wood, PA. As a previous reviewer indicated, I felt she took her time to listen to my concerns and diagnose my condition.
