We were so glad to find out Dr Foree hadn't retired. He's kind and gentle with our cats and always a Godsend to our LIL NUGGET.

Best Veterinarian Office ever!! I love Dr. Amy and Dr. Bradford! They have seen our dogs for…read moreyears. Heck, the office staff knows my voice when I call. They're the best. Always able to get one of our rescue dogs in when it's convenient for me. Even when they're busy they'll allow me to drop off a dog in need and they will work them in while I'm at work. They call or text message me with test results and if there was an abnormality found during a spay or neuter or other surgery, I get photos along with an detailed explanation of the issue found and what our next steps are. These folks are amazing! It's a busy office because they're dedicated to their clients. They can't be there 24/7 but they sure work their tails off when they are. I have total confidence when I take my pets there. Couldn't recommend them more highly.

They called me today asking for my dogs prescription records because they only had to 2019. I just…read morestarted going to this vet last year for convenience purposes. They copied all her records up to 2019. The assistant at the time (very sweet elderly lady) said she still had all of 2020-2023 to copy. Dr, Beam said what she had was good enough so she quit copying. I took her records in today to show she has been getting her Heartguard monthly. Mind you I don't like running out so I placed the order over the weekend. He charged me $18 per prescription that I needed to order stating Chewy charges him that fee so he passes it in to the customer. He refused to fill her prescription even after I showed him receipts of purchase for the Heartguard and then proceeded what you are showing here is over dosing your dog like some people do. I'm sorry our dog has been on the same Heartguard since 2016 when my significant other inherited her from his dads passing. Don't tell me I'm overdosing my dog. I told him my old vet never had a problem with her prescription and he throws my paperwork back at me and said "there you go take her back to that vet!!" He charged me $36 to fill those prescriptions through Chewy and is refusing to pay it back. He DID NOT fill the prescriptions. He refused to and then yells at me to get out of his office. Two weeks later we got the $36 refunded but that doesn't excuse him telling me I am overdosing our dog and his absolutely Rude attitude. He also has an office assist that allows her little girl to run around the office, no shoes on, one day she had no clothes on. This girl doesn't know customer ethics at all. I called in to see what I could do for an anal gland bursting. All she could say was we are double booked so we can't get her in. Not, "I'm sorry there is no way we can get her in today but let me ask the vet what you can do for her until you can get her in". I called back and insisted she ask him what I could do. I didn't want an appointment if I didn't need one. My significant other, called him about the $36 and Dr. Beam told him, "I'll have to look back and see if I charged you for that if I did I'll have to figure out how to get it back to you". He is rude and him and is assist (same said assist from earlier comment, does not know how to draw blood from a little dog. The assist was holding her little snout so tight she couldn't breath. Her tongue was purple. I had to tell her to release her snout and let her breath. Her tongue is purple. I absolutely DO NOT recommend this vet to anyone if you cherish and love your pet. I took our little dog to him two times and was not impressed with bed side manners either time.
