My family hired Johnathan from Supreme a couple of weeks ago to do some touchups, and a complete sealcoating of the driveway and parking area. It was a seamless process from the start. It was obvious that Johnathan knows his stuff and takes a lot of pride in his work. I got the impression he was treating our property like his own. I also really appreciated how personable he was, happy to answer any and all questions my mother and I had. Seeing as we did not know the first thing about the process of sealcoating, we enjoyed learning about how it worked and what to expect. Additionally, we felt totally confident in our decision. That feeling was reaffirmed with how well it turned out. Im so happy that we went with Supreme. It cost us way less than expected, and the face of our home looks like a million bucks. We have had countless compliments from neighbors and friends visiting, and I recommend giving Supreme a call to anyone looking to improve their driveway and home appearance in general. Make sure your home is "beach body ready" for this summer and give Supreme a call. Your future self will thank you!

I discovered this after returning home once the work had already been completed. The workmanship was extremely poor. The driveway was not properly prepared before application, and the crew sealcoated directly over rocks, leaves, and other debris. There was also noticeable overspray on surrounding areas and around my drains, showing very little attention to detail or care for the property. In addition, a tire mark was left in the finished sealcoat. After discovering these issues, I contacted the company multiple times and provided more than 7 business days to resolve the matter. I also supplied video and photo documentation of the problems. Unfortunately, my requests were ignored entirely. At this point, I have no choice but to pursue the matter through small claims court. One additional concern: the crew that performed the work arrived in an unmarked truck, leaving me uncertain whether the work was completed directly by Supreme Sealcoating or subcontracted to another party.

This review is for work done a few months ago in the Beacon area…read more Here's our experience: 1. We had someone come to do the estimate. It took a long time to actually get the estimate once he had submitted the work we needed done. I think they said their main administrative office is in North Carolina or somewhere in the southeast, and so that's why it took a little longer. 2. The person who came to do the estimate was not the one who'd be doing the work. As a result, there were at least two things the estimator said we could have done that the folks who did the work said they couldn't do. 3. The quality of the work was, overall, unsatisfactory -- see the photos. We'd asked them to replace one of the tiles in the bathroom, and within a week, the caulk was already chipping and coming up again. In addition, we asked them to repaint the steps, which had been dinged during our move. They touched up a few spots, and we told them the paint color looked like it was off. They said it was because the paint was wet, that it'd match once it dried. As you can see in the photos, that wasn't the case. 4. The biggest issue for us, however, was we asked them to repair a leaky faucet in the upstairs bathroom, which they did. That evening, the handle of that sink exploded, and water came pouring out into the bathroom, upstairs bedroom and down into the living room. We were able to call 911 and get the water shut off, but then had to go to the time and expense of repairing the water damage, including refinishing a table that was beneath the water when it poured through the ceiling. That evening, we emailed the company and the next morning called. We got a call back from the person who did the work who denied this was related to the work he did. He was not rude, just defensive. We have since tried to reach the company three times to see what our other options would be, and they have not returned our calls. At this point, we are not seeking anything else from them -- we are just sharing our review and our photos below in the hopes that others don't end up having a similar experience. We recommend you definitely go elsewhere for your handy person/construction needs.
