Added 10 X 19 rooms across the back, opening into a shared 10 X 20 screened room. This opens out to a 12 X 22 patio. All this became real with the help of Jerry and Lord Construction. From my first meeting presenting my ideas to getting blueprints and breaking ground the process was so easy. Jerry took time to explain every step and helped me realize my dream homes. I am very happy with the end results and cost was great factor in going with Lord Construction. If I need additional work or plan to build again I will go with them.

My husband and I are SO HAPPY with the paver work repair / reinstallation completed earlier this…read moreweek by this wonderful local Lakeland business. We had to remove a portion of our pavers 6 years ago to have our septic tank drainfield installed, and were finally ready to have them put back. Scotty, the owner, was so wonderful to interact with throughout the entire process. He was professional, responsive, and such a help from the moment we met when he came out to provide a quote for a job that I did not have precise measurements for. The passion he has for his business and for helping others really shines through. We also definitely want to give a shout out to the lead installer Erick - who was absolutely excellent in executing the repairs/reinstallation with the limited information I could provide him. He (and his fellow installer) were so courteous, professional, helpful, and graciously patient with me. Their work is beautiful and high quality, and we couldn't be happier with the completion of this project. We highly recommend Select Lakeland Pavers, and look forward to working with them again on future projects - including when we are ready to have pavers installed in our backyard, and also have the front left side of our pavers repaired to align with the beautiful repair/reinstallation job that was completed today (the right side). ***Please note in the photos the RIGHT side is perfection (installed this week) and any imperfections are located on the left side, which are pavers from over a decade ago & likely installed by a previous homeowner. Also the "hole" towards the bottom center is a sprinkler head, original to the original pavers.
