When I arrived, the desk lady was most cordial and helpful and while I was talking to her a gent came up and assured me they would get to me as soon as a room opened. Not sure if it was my age (78) or what but that was nice. I waited about 15 min and was in to a room where a young lady did all the normal. The doctor was exceptionally thorough and concerned with my condition. We discussed and settled on next steps. I was really impressed with the doctor's care and I've had plenty of experience on the patient side of the practice of medicine. Wish she was my primary.

Multiple misdiagnoses and poorly trained techs…read more I have had multiple visits here and am sorely disappointed because when I follow up with my regular primary care physicians, they have told me each time that urgent care didn't do things right. Recent examples include: 1. I was flagged for extreme blood pressure. However, the blood pressure was taken incorrectly with my feet hanging off the chair, my arm hanging straight down, my back not rested, and the cuff was way too tight. 2. I took my son in for a strep test, and they said it was negative. His symptoms continued, and when we visited his pediatrician, another test confirmed it was positive. The urgent care didn't swab far enough back. In both cases, my primary care physicians confirmed that urgent care failed to follow correct procedures. I plan to complain to Evergreen directly, but I hope others read this and choose a different provider for urgent care. These experiences have left me very unhappy.

If you suffer with addiction, do not go to this clinic. Cash only for addiction treatment. He is happy to take your money and then leave you hanging out to dry when you need him. It would be in Dr. Zend's best interest to look at his office practices and staff. There is a good chance he's not getting all the information from his staff or any at all. Corolla seems to run the show, not the doctor. On March 16, 2018, she was hospitalized for exacerbated asthma, Influenza B, and hospital-acquired pneumonia. She was in the hospital for 10 days. She was in severe pain and contacted Dr. Zend's office. She spoke with Corolla. My wife explained to Corolla what was going on and was falsely accused by Corolla of relapsing?? I called their office since my wife was extremely sick in the hospital and did not need this added stress. Corolla told me the same thing but had no facts to back up her accusation, only that my wife had no showed an appointment recently (which she rescheduled and saw Dr. Zend). Corolla was rude, unprofessional, and should not work in any medical setting given her lack of compassion. Medical office staff should not accuse patients of anything unless there is proof or concern in the medical file. My wife needed to talk to Dr. Zend about pain management in the hospital and after care to return to her treatment protocol (she could not breathe, she had the flu, pleurisy in her lungs, and staphylococcus pneumonia from being in the hospital). Needless to say, when she called to schedule an appointment with Dr. Zend on March 26th, after being discharged from the hospital, Corolla told her she had been discharged as a patient. No reason was given. She had never been subject to discipline, failed any tests, and had only missed an appointment because we had a sick child. Several messages were left with Corolla and the receptionist for Dr. Zend to call but no calls were returned by Dr. Zend. Save your money, save your time, and find a better doctor. We will be filing a complaint with the WA Department of Health. His practices should be reviewed. I state this because in my conversation with Corolla on March 20, 2018, she stated to me that Dr. Zend "has to think about his medical license" and cannot worry about situations like this?? Worry about what situation, my wife had the flu and pneumonia and here you are making false accusations. It all comes down to making a buck in your cash based medical practice, instead of listening to your patient and treating a patient who gets the flu during flu season.

The facility is immaculate, the assistant was welcoming, attentive, courteous and provided prompt assistance. The attending physician was excellent. He was thorough & caring. In addition to resolving the immediate concern that prompted my visit with a fast and accurate diagnosis and prescription for treatment, he explained what to expect and how long it will take for the medication to take full effect. Additionally, he discussed with me another health condition that became evident during his examination & labs that needs follow-up. I highly recommend Carbon Health, Mill Creek; my definite "go to" preference for urgent care that is convenient, trustworthy and effective.

I was so happy to have a new urgent care close to home…read more The front desk wasn't sure about my insurance, so I instructed them there is a provider verification number on the back of the card, that will verify that it is open network insurance. Red flag number one, the person at the front desk insisted she make the call from the back (not in front of me). She went to the back and said that she made the call. She was back there for maybe 3 minutes, which seemed to be pretty quick to get even through the call tree. She then came out from the back and said that my insurance wouldn't pay and they weren't contracted. She said I would have to pay the cash price. This didn't make any sense, as I work in benefits and know that my insurance can be taken here, as it is an open network insurance AND I have been to Carbon Health before. Imagine my surprise when I called the same number from my car 5 minutes later, they say that my insurance will cover this visit, and they would never say that to a provider's office calling. It appears as though the front desk person just didn't want to try and deal with it, while I had a urgent health matter, and I had to seek care elsewhere.

This came up on my feed...My feelings have not changed. This woman should NOT BE ALLOWED TO…read morePRACTICE MEDICINE! I still am haunted by her supposed intellect and medical prowess. Sara coded twice at Providence, and she could not have bothered to even check in. "Dr. Andie" had a tech call us with the results that Sara's hematocrit was 12 because she had a dinner party to attend (5:45 pm...). She said she wasn't able to "access" Providence's information, so it was not her issue anymore...Hmmm... it makes you wonder, doesn't it? If she had spent a moment actually trying to diagnose my daughter, who had ulcers running from her esophagus to her upper intestines due to an obstruction, rather than trying to get us to hire her buddies who wanted to put her on anti-psychotics because she believed her grandparents were angels...I kid you not... I should be thankful that the Board made her take classes to address her clear deficits in dealing with people with disabilities and the elderly. I am saddened to realize this is an arrogance within Dr. Andie that will never be settled by a couple of classes and a paper or two. If you, your child, or your parent are perfect, if any of them are completely without issues...she might be fine...God forbid this woman is ever called to be a true doctor...Oh, here is a fun fact: Everett Clinic would not allow me to leave a review......Again, I stand by my first review. May God watch over whoever she treats... Here is my original review: This doctor poses a danger to her patients. She almost killed our daughter. No, I am serious. Our daughter almost died because of Dr. Andie's wrong-minded, judgmental, and insufficient medical care. Instead of trying to root out the reasons why our daughter, who has a genetic disability, was losing an incredible amount of weight, she decided this fragile person was everything from psychotic to simply overly defiant. And, just to be clear, Sara has been healthy throughout her life. Sara was admitted to Providence Hospital in Everett, WA, on July 2nd with massive bleeding ulcers. Her hematocrit level was 13. She spent eight days there. It was touch and go. Dr. A never even checked on her (at least according to the doctor herself; she said she didn't see any need...). She even had a tech call us and tell us our daughter "needed to be rushed to the hospital before she died"...Dr. Andie was (at 6:00 pm) apparently "off work and has her own life." That last part is what she said to me directly when she finally agreed to meet with me (20 minutes only, must have all questions submitted ahead of time). Okay, doctors deserve time to themselves, I agree. But, why not have the on-call doctor call us? Why toss this on a person who shouldn't have to be put in this position? She has lied, insinuated, attacked, and misled every step of the way. To her, it is all CYA. I do not say what I am saying lightly. I also have turned her in to the Medical Board for review, which they are following up on and have now interviewed me at length. As I said to the gal who called me from the Medical Board, I don't have to have a doctor pat my hand and say nice things only. I need someone who will do their due diligence and work for the better health of their patients. That is NOT Dr. Lesowske. Please, please do not use this doctor. I feel like she has taken the time to help both me and my family and we are all grateful for her. Between myself and my girls we have had a wide range of issues from diabetes, physical pain, mental health, and gender issues and she has been willing to take the time to help us or refer us for all of them. She gets busy but is always available and always answers her messages in a reasonable amount of time. Even through COVID she has kept up with our issues. It's always a pleasure to see her and she values everyone's time. She is normally very prompt and on time in her office so when the rare occasional backup occurs you know it's because she is dealing with something important. I've been to other doctors offices where it's the norm. Being part of Everett Clinic the general phone tree can be a little cumbersome but if there is ever an issue the wonderful office staff is extremely helpful. Andie's assistant Katie is also great in getting everything ready for your appointment including reviewing history and vitals every time to make sure the records are well kept. If she is taking new patients I would highly recommend her as I have many times. I drive 20-30minutes to make sure she is my PCP.
