Same as the others - location is convenient, the doctors are professional and scheduling is simple. Quality of care is okay, but lacking when compared to dermatologists in other geographies. Then comes the bill - hence the 1 star rating: Neither of the items submitted made any sense at all and thus my insurance didn't accept them. (Again, this is a standard preventative that has had no issues billing at other providers). They had billed for a surgery when none was performed and other unique codes they must realize nets them the largest amount. When I called them, they said they would fix it and submit the correct CPT codes and they had made a mistake. Lo and behold, I receive a bill 10 days later for the wrong amounts they had submitted. This billing is a disaster at best, but most likely a fraudulent attempt at insurance overbilling. I would avoid this place like the dishonest, greedy practice they are.

I received Osteopathic care for years back in the Midwest, and had been having trouble with my back since moving here. Dr. Rushing's techniques are the perfect mix of Osteopathy and Chiropractic work, and I've truly never seen a provider who could "fix me" the way he can. He doesn't do anything agressive like crack your back, the way other chiropractors do--it's all super subtle, yet somehow afterwards everything is back where it ought to be. Honestly, he will do a better job than anyone else you could possibly see to fix your aches. My husband saw him for a knee injury, and he had the same experience--immediate relief. As many of us in our late 40's come to find, there are simply more medical issues to confront now. Dr. Jansen has never rushed through an appointment and always reviews everything we have discussed at the end to make sure it's all being addressed. When he's had to refer me out to specialists, they have always been extremely solid recommendations. And Ashley, his medical assistant, is wonderful, also. When I have called to ask a question or sort something out about prescriptions, she always responds promptly and takes care of whatever the issue is. This is so appreciated! Front desk staff are also very courteous and helpful. They have gone above and beyond when I really felt like I needed to get in to see someone but did not have an appointment. If you are looking for place I can't recommend these folks enough!!!!

However, if you have problem feet, Dr Woodle is a great place to get some help. I thought I had plantar warts on my feet, turns out they were basically a callous problem. I also have a toenail that is very malformed (pincer) and it's just kind of UGLY. Dr Woodle was gentle, friendly, and funny! I got a ton of great info and he shaved down the calloused area a bit to relieve the pressure. I got to bring in an assortment of my shoes, too...and we discussed how shoes affect life. And how life affects feet. I highly recommend this Dr for your feet. Do they need some love? How is YOUR life going? Love your feet! Go see Dr Woodle. After three years of daily wear, the cushioning needed to be refurbished. Unfortunately, I had procrastinated on getting this done prior starting my hike on the Pacific Crest Trail (PCT) in April, 2025. When I reached out to the doctor that ordered my first pair, he was unavailable until after my April departure. Since I was in a hurry, I contacted Pacific Orthotics directly. I spoke to Lizabeth and informed her of my dilemma. She referred me to another doctor at a different location of the same organization whom they also routinely work with and luckily that doctor was also under my insurance plan. She also let me know they would expedite my order once they received it from the doctor's office. Lizabeth was AWESOME!!! Not only that, but she and Eric, Pacific Orthotics' Owner, coordinated with the doctor's office to allow the orthotics to be shipped directly to my home. Not only extremely helpful, but their assistance also saved me a three-hour round trip back into the doctor's office to pick them up. The courier for Pacific Orthotics picked up the order along with my orthotics on Thursday and on Friday (YES! the next day) my refurbished "like new" orthotics were delivered to my home. In addition to taking the time to hear my story and understand my foot battles and concerns, Dr. Adad set about updating my orthotics with a 3D scanner (a first for me) and also treated a small plantar wart I had right then and there. (Most doctors I've seen will ask you to schedule a separate appointment for such things). I am so happy I noticed "Podiatry" on the sign when I was taking a tour of 2020 Lifestyles at the PRO Club. I'm looking forward to having such a positive partner for better foot health right in my home town!

Everyone treated me very politely here, and I them. But healthcare is expensive. And chronic pain is horrible. I'm now elsewhere, and on day one my assessment was total and comprehensive, the plan of care presice, and (the most reassuring green flag) they expressed that they plan to get me to the point that I won't have to come back. If full recovery is an option you never have to settle for less than this.

This was my first time getting a massage so I was a little nervous, but the massage therapists are very welcoming and open to any questions you have. They also have a great front desk staff who are friendly and make sure to keep you informed. For example, I had an appointment that had to get cancelled once because the therapist got sick, and the front desk both called and texted me to make sure I was aware of the cancellation and they offered me some new appointment times. The facilities are also always very clean. Once you become a regular patient, you can use their online scheduling system which is very convenient and easy to use. They also have a parking lot, which is a nice plus! I always look forward to my massage appointments at Eastlake Chiropractic and Massage and highly recommend them!

He is one of the best doctors I've worked with and takes the time to listen and hear your concerns. He meets with you to talk through his plan and during every procedure he tells you what's going to happen before it does anything, which really puts you at ease.
