I came down from Washington to purchase and couldn't believe the service I got. Once they knew I was going to making a long trip they took it into a transmission shop to make sure it was okay to drive that far distance. They changed the fluid in the generator and the filter. They did a thorough inspection, as well as walked around the entire RV with me. During our inspection we found that the AC motor didn't work so they went ahead and ordered one for me. This was all after already purchasing the RV. The service was beyond what I expected. I would 100% buy from them again. It was very much worth the travel to obtain our now home. They are good honest people and I had a great experience working with them. I can't thank them enough for all they did! We are loving living in our new RV full-time. Their work is completed on time, zero defects, and they're responsible for what they do. You don't get the up-sell here. The service manager and I sat and talked almost an hour about trailer systems, having some problems with the electrical system: there are considerable gaps in my knowledge about these sort of systems (particularly solar!) and he took out time from his busy schedule to explain the systems so that I'd better understand them. He also took the time to help me explore the idea of expanding and improving that electrical system to meet our needs. I appreciate that very much. Thank you, Bob. I also like the fact that they clean up after themselves. We had some work done on another trailer by a company in Mesa -- and they left the trailer filled with the detritus of working in the trailer. I appreciate the fact that these people work in unbearable heat, day in and day out, and yet get the work done -- on schedule, at the quoted price, and no excuses when things don't go as planned. What does? Last of all, I appreciate their help and support: as a new trailer owner, I have had a lot of questions who the sales -- and service -- staff have been kind enough to answer (not only during business hours, yanno?). The service department staff is excellent, helpful, patient... and I don.'t think they get nearly the credit deserved. Unlike the Mesa trailer company, the staff of RV World has been working much longer at their jobs (in general) and at this company (in particular)... no revolving door staff, if you follow my meaning. One other thing has impressed me: our salesman, Andy, has always been available to answer questions.. and he's made a considerable effort to make certain we are safe with regard to not only our trailer, but the tow vehicle as well. The refrigerator would only go to gas we called our home in Grand Junction CO to Humphreys RV to help us they would not do a thing to help. Called up Norcold for what we had to do. which we had to have pictures etc. Then we called up Sam. She told us to do the same that Norcold told us to do. She then took it one step further she said to bring all photos and parts to her and she submitted it to Norcold. Norcold in turn paid Country Club RV and then they cut us a check. We bought a 2021 Grand Design 297 RSTS during the covid pandemic. We ordered the trailer July 29 and picked it up October 23. The Grand Design factory was behind at first because of covid and, surprisingly, because so many people are buying travel trailers because traveling is safe and fun for the family! We had many elective items added afterward so we spent many hours on many days working with everyone. I would have picked up on anyone not being top notch, but I never did. They were as great (shockingly) from our first look at their trailers to our driving off the lot. And, because of more add-ons my husband chose, we will be back. It was a complete rip-off, and I felt totally scammed. Thankfully, I took my RZR to Matt at Foothills SxS, and he not only did everything I originally asked for but went above and beyond to make it right. If you want honest work and a reliable shop, skip RzR Werkz and go to Foothills SxS instead.

Shut down the bus and went looking for help. I contacted several shops and Julian from Yuma Heavy Diesel responded right away. He came by a few minutes later and immediately found the problem, a failed air valve. We ordered the part and he and Crystal installed it today. They are super people just starting their business. Julian is top notch with diesels and aiir systems and learning quickly about RV systems. Most importantly, Julian works on buses! I was impressed with their knowledge, timeliness and the quality of their work. Don't hesitate to call them if you need them in southwestern Arizona along I-8.
