We moved stuff out of the area into every empty spot in the rest of the house and slept in the guest room. Based on experiences with other builders, we worried that we would have to keep things that way for a long time. They started the day they said they would, and they were here 8 to 12 hours a day, six days a week, until the job was done. The workmanship is top quality. Part of the project was to remove a damaged popcorn ceiling in the bathroom. The finished ceiling is perfect. Jovann did some minor drywall repairs in another part of the house where a crack had developed and where there was some old water damage. We expected that because the paint had been there a while, that you would be able to see where the repair is. You cannot, even if you know where to look. Jovann is easy to work with and has a good eye for aesthetics. He is resourceful and has someone who can do a great job with whatever is needed: HVAC, drywall, framing, painting, sheet metal, electrical, roofing, etc. We subsequently had JL Painting and Drywall finish some space in an outbuilding, and the workmanship again exceeded expectations.

We scheduled an appointment for him to come out and he showed up on time and was very professional. After a thorough inspection of my roof, Doug suggested I wait because I was not having any issues. He also provided an estimate for the cost of replacement and I was surprised at how low it was. I am so appreciative for his honesty! It has been about a year since his recommendation and I just called him to schedule my roof replacement now that there are signs of slow leaks after Hurricane Helene. I highly suggest calling Doug Keel with Lanier Roofing if you are looking for an honest and reliable roofer!

Frankly (no pun intended), I was ready to give the job to someone else, Frank was able to lower the est. just a bit and beat the other guy out. Gutters look great (got Bulldog covers also) and actually were further improvement than what I expected. Nice job!

We've gotten so many compliments and positive feedback on our remodel project, but none of it would have happened without this great group of guys. They made their part of our kitchen remodel as simple and straight forward as possible with little inconvenience and incredible efficiency. They have no idea what they are doing and did not even pay the laborers for their time or materials. Vraj is dishonest and unqualified. I hired Trinity Home Remodeling to build a screened in porch over an existing deck. They did not start the project until 6 months after I signed the contract. They promised to use quality materials and expert craftsmanship but I found out they hired some guy they found at Home Depot and had never worked with before and told him to use cheapest materials possible. Examples include using non-pressure treated lumber for the framing, fascia and trim. Tried to install vinyl ceiling when we had agreed to tongue and groove. Said they would install EZbreeze system and then didn't deliver. Told me they had ordered EZbreeze but used on a different project. I tried to work with them and have them take down cheap materials and do it right like we discussed but each time was worse. I fired them after multiple instances of not doing things as we had discussed and now have to pay someone else to go back and tear down everything they did because it was so shoddy.

Chris, Natalia, and their crew are the real deal! We had a horrible experience with a company that…read morebills itself as a "granite and tile" company. Three representatives of the company said (before we paid our hefty deposit) they'd have no problem working around our bathroom tile backsplash, and then their measurement guy said he'd only do our bathroom if we ripped out all the tile (of course, he said this after the company had our money). That sent us scrambling for another company, and we were so fortunate that we happened upon Nabas Rock Stone. They easily removed our cultured marble countertop (having only to break off small bits of the two corners that were tucked under the backsplash) and got the new countertop in without any damage to the tile or the mounted cabinet (that the "Granite and Tile" company told us we'd have to take down, thus risking wall damage). What really blew us away was the skilled craftsmanship of Chris and his crew. We have a large kitchen and a very neutral stone, so Chris fabricated our kitchen with only one seam in our countertop. His crew does beautiful work around tough elements of a home. Specific to us, they notched the stone around our chair rail in the kitchen so we didn't have to hire a woodworker to make it all look right (as we had been told by the other company that we'd need to do). Every place in our home where the stone met molding or tile was done perfectly. I don't have to hire a tile guy to do any work on my tile backsplash, a woodworker to do repairs, or a painter to fix wall damage. It just could not have gone better once we found the right stone fabricators. We were without sinks by the time Nabas came into our home, so they made us a priority and got everything (for three rooms) ordered, fabricated, and installed in a week. Their prices are comparable to companies that just can't or won't deliver a quality outcome. This is the best experience we have ever had with any contractor (and the longest review I've ever written because they are just that good)!
