Do not go here!!!! I have been going to the previous owner Annie, who is amazing, for a few years…read more So I had an appt today and assumed it was with Annie. So when I showed up I realized that Annie wasn't in. Another woman was there. I am assuming she is the new owner, and she was incredibly rude. She literally pushed me into the massage room and when I asked to use the restroom first she was very irritated. I then went back to the massage room. She came in and asked me to pay first. So no problem I gave her my card to pay. She then asked what tip I was adding. I said $15 which was over 20% on a $70 massage. She gave me back my card and said that wasn't enough. She wanted $25. I said that 20% is good for a massage. She got very angry and kept saying $25 tip. This went on for a few minutes. I was seriously blown away that we were even having this conversation... so then she grabbed my card out of my hand again and went to leave the room to run it and that's when I had enough. I asked her to please give me my card back and told her I was leaving. She got very angry again and threw the card at me and slammed the door to the massage room. I couldn't believe this was happening. So I came out of the room and asked her name. She wouldn't give it to me. I then saw a young guy come out of another room and asked her for a receipt which she refused to give him. He was very frustrated and left. I then asked for her name one last time and told her I have never been treated like this before. She refused to give me her name. She then started physically pushing me towards the front door. I'm blown away! She should not be in business. If by some chance Annie is still the owner and this woman works for her I hope that Annie sees this review and fires her ASAP! Worst customer service experience of my life!

Lorraine truly is highly skilled & a phenomenal masseuse! I've had massages all over the world,…read moreand no one has truly understood my muscles & pains like Lorraine does. I generally like a deep & strong massage but I'm usually always felt so unsatisfied...until I had my first massage with Lorraine. I've finally found someone who truly understand the human anatomy and can really get deep and release all my of my tension and pain. A year ago I slipped down some icing stairs and tore my shoulder. Ever since then my shoulders & back had been in constant pain. Thankfully, I started getting massages with Lorraine and she honestly relieves my pain every time! Not only does It feel like a medical grade massage that has become a necessity, I'm also left feeling so relaxed. I'm definitely going to be seeing Lorraine on a monthly basis this year too!

Mind blown, Susi remembered me (8 years later)! But I was so relaxed that I didn't remark on her incredible memory haha. I just went back for a 3rd visit for another facial by Kirsten. Run, don't walk, and try out her new 75 minute signature facial. The peel...the cold oxygen mist...the red light laser....warm gloves, foot massage. This is heaven. I have never felt so relaxed and rejuvenated from a facial. Top Notch! I will be going back for this repeatedly.

I started seeing Irina at a time when I was finally ready to work through some of the emotional baggage I'd been carrying from a very difficult experience in my life a few years prior. Straight away I sensed that Irina's work would be deeply supportive of this process. In our first session, she shared that my mantra should be "release, relax, let go." Simple in principle; not always easy in practice! But I can say that after five reflexology sessions I am SO much lighter and more confident than I was when I started. You could actually see the internal changes taking place week on week-- they showed up dramatically in my face and the way i carried myself. I feel so incredibly grateful to Irina for this. (Oh, and I should also add to all this: it feels AH-mazing!). Irina is a treasure. She is clearly so experienced and gifted, and I place so much value in her wise and empowering guidance. I can tell that she will be someone I come back to again and again when the need arises. I honestly can't recommend her highly enough. (p.s. If you have a specific issue you want to work on as I did I would recommend doing a course of 6 - 10 sessions--very effective).

I have had many massages and found this one to rate second to the best massage I have ever had (best was my first massage in Las Vegas 30 years ago). I had Charles and I will be back and ask for him specifically next time. My husband had a woman, she never gave her name, and he said it was good, he enjoyed it. When I asked him why he didn't address it with her he said "well, She left". ....men.... Regardless, we will both be back!

After several months of recovery I needed to find someone to help me continue my recovery during a cold winter. A family friend recommended for me to go see Dr. Mascetta, I hesitantly made the appointment. It was the best appointment I ever made and continue to make to this day. We went over my scans, discussed my healing, discussed what I do for a living having a physical job. We discussed what he wanted to do for helping me recover and most importantly, stating "we can fix this". After seeing him week after week for several months we spaced out my visits to bi weekly, and today, I see him when needed for adjustments that continue to help me daily with every day life. We developed a plan with what I need to do at home with important stretching and exercises to go along with the adjustments. I couldn't be more happy with my full recovery. I am fortunate to have his office nearby locally in Ridgefield. His office staff are phenomenal, professional and most importantly, family oriented. Today, I'm fully recovered, if it wasn't for being introduced to Dr. Mascetta and his staff, I don't know where I would be today regarding my back injury. Thank you Dr. Mascetta.

She suggested we reschedule so I wouldn't miss any of my session and that I would feel more relaxed than coming out of a huge traffic jam and get more out of the massage. It was very considerate of her. I have had many massages from various places, but a few stand out to me and my massage from Rebecca was one of them. It was perfect. I fell asleep for a little while, which for me is a sign of a great massage. When the session was over, Rebecca waited for me in her office while I got dressed.
