They greeted us as soon as we came in and asked if they can help us look for anything in particular. We were asking them about their buying terms and conditions. There are specific shoes that may qualify for customers to sell their shoes there. That's a good way for someone to make some cash back on their shoes as long as it wasn't beat up. They have a team of people that would authenticate the shoes and clean them before selling the used shoes. They also have a large selection of brand new shoes and clothing as well. I'm not a big fan of sneakers so paying hundreds of dollars on a pair of shoes is not for me. However, my husband definitely wears a lot of different sneakers and takes really good care of his shoes. He really liked the idea that he can wear his shoes a couple of times and then sell them. So, when we got home, who was in their closet going through his shoes to sell? I guess we are going back this evening or tomorrow morning! Better that it's cash back in my pocket instead of them sitting in the closet in a box to collect dust.

I needed insoles for a pair of Vans, and they let me try them. After giving feedback, they knew immediately which other insole would provide more comfort. I ordered a pair of Taos shoes, and I hope to buy a pair of formal wedges once I save up. As someone with nerve issues in one of my feet, this store is a breath of fresh air. No shoe can fix my feet issues, but I feel I could wear most of what they offer here. Highly recommend.

They had more diversity in clothes than shoe options, which is a missed opportunity IMO. The staff were very helpful and greet you when you come in, which I appreciated. The store is very clean and well kept, and I thought prices of the shoes there were pretty fair. I just really wish there were more shoe options because I would have rather supported this store than having to go all the way to the mall or River Park to find some shoes.

They had me in their system before and were able to get the same Inserts that I had purchased before. In case you're wondering, you need new insoles after the second shoe switch out. So it was time for me to get some new insoles. Be sure to follow them on Instagram as they are always having some fun run and raffles. I also like to volunteer my time for their runs and they usually have a end of the year party for the volunteers which is great. But my favorite part of their group runs is the coffee runs Saturday mornings during the winter time. Can't wait for the next one!

We were asked if we needed help by two employees and both of them were helpful. I also couldn't help but notice that the employees seemed - I don't want to say "happy" because that sounds patronizing - I just notice good vibes, I guess. If this parking lot weren't such a pain, I'd probably come more often. Store policy also is a plus here. We were told if her size was not in, we could get it sent to our house for free in 4-7 days. At the register area they have a nice selection of novelty items, socks, shoe inserts, I even saw lotions. For someone that does not like shopping, I enjoyed this visit.

The cashier then demands to see my ID for the purchase. I explained to her i had just purchased 180 dollars worth of products and they didn't require that. She then goes on to say is corporate policy which turns out to be a lie. I showed ID out of spite because I felt I was being accused of using a stolen card. I have contacted corporate who verified that only purchases over 200 are required to show id. This is also concerning because according to Visa and Mastercard they do not suggest presenting ID because of identity theft.
