You buy one pair of shoes and get a second pair 1/2 price (equal or lesser value to the first pair). This deal is always going. Now it sucks if you just need one pair of shoes. You feel you are getting jacked or not getting "the deal" if you don't buy the second pair. I would rather they just lowered the prices all around but this deal must be working for them. I always leave with two pair because I feel like I'm getting ripped off if I don't.

That is just insane, 20 steps out the door on pavement and then you realize your foot keeps slipping out and sorry you now own the shoes they have wear on them is not a company I would recommend or buy from. We had plans on buying another pair for my mom in a few months, but now nope, lost a customer for life with that kind of policy and attitude. There was no care about how my felt, and that no matter what made her change her mind once she walked out the door, just that hey you just might do the same. Really? We are asking SAS corp what their return policy is, and if they reply back with this same type of nonsense then surely I would never buy from them. What if a customer likes how they feel at the store and after wearing in the real world they get a sore, what sorry you are screwed no returns once you walk out the door. Bad return policies are a customer killer no matter how great the product. After going back and forth they did give refund, but the attitude and feeling as if we the customer were wrong is just b.s and I wouldn't ever want to be treated like that again, lost customer, and now spread the word.

After receiving that explanation, I informed the individual I will be contacting their Corporate Office. Upon contacting corporate to issue my complaint, they agreed to remove the $2.95 fee from my credit card and apologized. With that being said, I will never step foot in a Loft store again!!! How about alerting your customers via mail before implementing new changes.

They noticed me kind of looking confused outside their door and politely asked if they could help. I explained that I just needed to grab a pickup order. The staff on duty so nicely checked my ID and bought my item to me. They really could have looked away when they saw me outside, and it was well within their rights to do so because they were closed for almost 30 minutes at that point. However, they chose to go above and beyond and reminded me why I will always be a loyal customer. Huge thanks to the store members on staff that night!!
