My bride and I were out for a stroll on Atlantic in Pompano where we own an apartment. We noticed a new store and decided to go in and browse. The items we saw through the window drew us in. What a cool (does anyone say "cool" anymore?) store. A very eclectic assortment of clothes (am I allowed to say men's clothes?) and hats and boards and skateboard apparel and collectibles. Matt Ricci, the owner, was very welcoming and informative about what he is selling, how he arranged the decor of Lucre, the Pompano art scene (who knew there is one) and the upgrading of Pompano Beach. We did buy a funny cartoon something that tickled Gloria and we will definitely stop in again to hang out in the Palm Springs(?) outdoor living room inside!

Generally, the staff spends more time chatting with each other than assisting paying customers. The cashiers have a bit of a hostile attitude even when you are pleasant to them. There are a few that do a great job so I won't throw the baby out with the bath water. Use this place for what it is. You can find a decent find or two. But before it closes they are having a going out of business sale. As of November 9, 2024 most everything is 40% off and there is still a good bit of inventory. I'll be back to get some Christmas presents
