Had a good experience at this men's formal wear store in Mizner Park. Im trying to find a sports coat for a rehearsal dinner in a few months. The main issue is every coat needs to be extensively altered to fit my weird athletically designed body. The manager Jay was super friendly and seemed knowledgeable about his inventory. Very organized showroom with a good variety of suits, belts, shoes and ties. Tried on a few jackets which were tight but the Italian fabric felt great. The jackets are priced between $300 - $900. Reason I say this is because most everything they sell is too short for my height. Not many options. Jay was patient with me. he helped with few options & in the end, Jay put in a special order for me. In about 5 days time My items came in and were a Perfect fit. I got lucky! Nice pants! Stopped in with my husband yesterday after a few things in the window caught our attention. Was disappointed by the poor customer service upon our entry. A woman was sitting when we walked in and we had to greet her. Pretty sure it should be the other way around. Her demeanor was rude, she wasn't helpful or nice, and it just turned us off--needless to say we walked out without the $85 shorts we intended on buying. I grew even more disappointed when my husband mentioned that he had been to the store before and the same lady was not friendly and failed to greet him. I am giving three stars because they have nice products and a nice selection, however I won't be spending my money here until I receive a proper greeting. read more
