I had a bit of a nightmare with Men's Warehouse, who had TWO chances to get me a suit for my daughter's wedding. But, the day before the big event, they left me with no clothing options at all. I was beyond frustrated, stressed, and feeling like I was running out of time. Enter Nick and the incredible team at Ingram's! Within 30 minutes, Nick had me out the door with a brand-new suit that fit me like it was custom made for my body. The fit was perfect, the style was on point, and I honestly couldn't have been more thrilled. But wait--there's more! Nick didn't stop there. He also hooked me up with a pair of shoes that were *way* more comfortable than the junk I was stuck with from Men's Warehouse. I felt like I was walking on clouds compared to what I had before. Ingram's and Nick were the superheroes I didn't know I needed that day. They swooped in, saved the day, and made sure I looked and felt my best for my daughter's wedding. I seriously can't thank them enough for coming to the rescue when I was literally left hanging. I came in here looking for gifts only to find disappointment. Being one of the anchor stores at the mall you would expect it to be packed with a lot of what you may need. I ended up walking around in here looking for a good amount of time. I was surprised that I did find some items. What was a bit off putting were the lines at the registers. That is when you could find a register that was open. When you did find a register that was open you had to wait in extremely long lines. I mean it's one thing to pick up an item in one department but have to traverse to a completely different department in the store to pay for that item. I will say, the service here from the staff was impeccable. The lady that helped me had just delt with three difficult customers when it was my turn. That didn't bother her, she was still a gem to deal with. She was chatty and had a happy demeanor. I would go back to just interact with her.

Well its October 2025, and it was like a Ghost town and the food court was by far the saddest one. I think only two places were opened on a Saturday. Lots of stores are closed and the parking lot was completely free. Not much selection now in terms of things. They still have some clothing stores left, but not sparse in terms of styles. The food court is actually clean because of the low foot traffic and someone is constantly cleaning the place. They do have Tesla superchargers here so its a good place to charge and walk around. The chargers are in the corner of the lot and typically just walking to the bathroom and back and most of the charge should be done so not really much time left to wander. It was sad to see and kind of made me feel like life has moved on from my childhood.

When the manager finally came to the front, she was not helpful either. She did not look for the customer's order and simply told me it was not there. To justify not checking, she stated that she had already told the customer the store did not have the item they ordered. This store has EXTREMELY POOR customer service, and as an African American woman, I was led to believe that the behavior I experienced was prejudiced.
