Employees were either nowhere to be found or seemed totally uninterested in doing their job. When you finally get someone's attention, the help you get is minimal at best. It's honestly shocking how little effort seems to go into customer service here. The prices are also way too high for what you get. A lot of the products look average at best, yet they're priced like top-tier gear. For a store that's supposed to specialize in sports equipment, the experience feels lazy and poorly managed. There are far better places to shop where the store is organized, the staff actually help you, and the prices make sense. After this visit, I have zero reason to ever come back.

Grant remembered my situation from a phone call earlier in the week -- my rehab, my goals after recovery, everything -- and guided me to exactly the right treadmill. Drennen showed up when promised, assembled the machine flawlessly, and gave full effort well past 8 PM. These are two people who clearly take pride in their work, as does the rest of the staff.
