He went to the shop today to exchange. Not only were they very rude to him, they said they wouldn't change because I bought them more than 8 days ago - because it was a gift for Christmas. He finally talked the girl to look for a 40, she didn't have it. He asked to have an exchange for the same amount and though there was an entire store of shoes she only allowed him to pick a size 40 from 10 options. This is ridiculous - and honestly they were so rude in the process, why would I ever spend money there again? Don't shop here!
