I was referred to Dr Zislis here from my primary care physician. I walk miles twice a day, am in great cardio shape and passed my recent blood test. Yet, my feet have gone kinda numb which is concerning. Dr Zislis checked me out, took time to explain and tell me my history of chemo is the likely cause. The office manager chose to put a sign at the front desk. It says: " If you've been waiting more than 30 minutes you can either continue to wait or reschedule." No apology or personal contact to say there was a medical emergency. I was shocked at this flagrant disregard for their patients. My face showed the offense felt so the receptionist felt the need to defend the sign by saying it wasn't her but her boss who told her to post the sign. I received a survey just before opening YELP six days ago. I said I would like to have someone call me. No one has. I used Dr. Levine years ago and everyone was kind and professional. I absolutely love countryside foot and ankle. I had a hammer toe and it was so painful. The staff and Dr. Levine are the best! They are so so nice and they always have me in and out and hardly no waiting at all. They have my feet feeling so much better! Thank you to everyone there that has Been there to help me! read more

Terrible terrible terrible!!! Went in because after being diagnosed young with a very high arch and a short leg it never did bother me until I go older and started walking...I had bad headaches for more than months and finally went to this clinic. Doctor told me the same thing as my doctor did and I needed shoes inserts. Pay about 400$ and express delivery....inserts came wrong, no support at all for my arches...they sent it back and told me was going to give me a discount. ...just to find out after they told me that my short leg was the left one and they made the left shoe insert a little higher than the right that actually my right one was the shortest... please don't go to this place. Everything that I saw on that office was how cocky everybody was and that made everybody give an opinion on my condition without knowing anything. read more

My family physician recommended to me the Foot and Ankle Center after I accidentally fractured my foot during my overseas trip. Overall, my experience at this center is positive. I went there three times for check ups within a months and half. Waiting time were short during morning hours. Nurse gathered information prior to doctor's arrival. I got to see my doctor in 10 minutes. Since my injury wasn't serious and the initial diagnosis and treatment were done overseas, doctor only spent about 5 minutes with me to make sure I have recovered from my injury. I like Doctor A. He is a good communicator. He is also a straight shooter who doesn't provide ambiguous feedback. He is very patient and answered all my questions. Very sincere person is my impression for Doctor A. The costs for my three visits round to $ 350 with insurance plan adjustment. That includes diagnoses, X-rays, Ultrasound, wrappings, compression socks and return check ups. I assume the cost would be much higher if I have had the full treatment at the clinic. It is not a big clinic with about 10 private rooms for patients. Billing procedures were simple and informative. Cashier answered all my questions. The clinic must have a good system because things run smoothly in this small space. Three times I was there, I can feel the atmosphere in the clinic were upbeat. It seems everyone enjoy working at the clinic. If I have to complain some thing about the clinic is its parking lot. It is not user friendly especially for visiting patients whose walking mechanism are clearly malfunctioned. read more

I had an issue with my toe. The Sunday when I left Urgent care, I called Dr. Levine's office&left a message I needed to see him the following week. His office Called early Monday to set up the appointment. This alone is amazing that I didn't have to Call back for an appointment Dr. Levine has a pleasant approachable manner Besides being a specialist in his field. I never felt Rushed which is great considering other "doctors Offices" The office staff was amazing: Pat, Julie and Heidi - pleasant, helpful, great attitudes. Hostile environment where employees yell at other employees and billing manager always talking about she cant wait to leave there but she backstabs lies and sabotages her employees yells at them and calls them liars and crazy. Dont work for them because they are holding patients money and medicare has a report with them they have over collected. Main thing is dont work for a person that yells and puts you down instead of encouraging and supporting you. Also supervisor lied about giving my one yr review which was supposed to be in January well no review or raise than in march she said im working on it well its the end of May and still nothing so if i was doing something shouldn't i get a review or council session not get let go for what she accused me of using my email which i didnt unless i needed a code for couple websites. Should billing manager have access to employee computers because she admitted getting on my computer after i leave but why when my work was getting done she illegally went into my email and accused me of applying for jobs which i had not done. I have seen Dr. Couluris several times. We have mutual patients in common and have spoken about similar foot surgeries and corrections. This doctor is extremely knowledgeable and so personable. He makes me feel very comfortable and takes the time to explain the different options that I have for correcting a surgery with a different physician that did not turn out so well. I have complete confidence in this doctor. The front desk and assistance are also rated A+ in my opinion. Everyone is so friendly. I have definitely found my podiatric home. I would highly recommend him. My own mother has actually gone to see him on my recommendation. She loves him as well! read more

WARNING: I have been a patient of Dr. Levine for many years. I had not returned to see him until this year - 2021 - because I needed to buy orthotics and I could not afford the orthotics before with my previous insurance. Orthotics are very expensive. I was also told that if my insurance paid the bill I would get a refund from Dr. Levine's office (Countryside Foot & Ankle Center). After I paid the money for the orthotics - an up front payment for the total cost of $595.00 (7/22/21) - I was told to wait for 3 months for the insurance company to process the bill. Interesting though the office only billed my insurance company for $525.00. Does that mean they are overcharging their patients? Also my insurance company processed their payment for my orthotics on 8/25/21 (One month later). Dr. Levine's office has owed me $377.69 since 8/25/21. After three months they told me it would take another month to process my check for the refund, so I waited another month and called when I had not received the funds on 11/22/21. I called and I was told that I would receive a check in one week. I waited two weeks and received nothing. I have waited 4 months and 2 weeks and 2 days and I have received ZERO funds. I have received nothing, but broken promises and lies. They literally said, "The check is in the mail". How could any doctor allow their patients be treated this way? When I called on (12/6/21) Linda (the same person I am forced to talk to ever time I call) gave me more excuses and made more false claims about the check being in the mail. I am not stupid, Linda. I honestly do not believe that Countryside Foot & Ankle Center will EVER pay me what I am owed, but even if you do pay the money, other people need to be aware of how you treat your patients! This is unacceptable. Their refusal to pay me what I am owed is a negative reflection on Dr. Levine and his entire office. How does any doctor tolerate a staff that victimizes his patience by treating them with contempt, disrespect, and outright deceptions? If I had owed Dr. Levine's office $377.69 for 4 months, 2 weeks, and 2 days they would have already sent my bill to a creditor and destroyed my credit. What choices does a patient have when the doctor's office refuses to pay money they owe the patient? There are not too many choices for victimized patients. My wife went to this doctor for an instep issue. Charged an incredible amount for an insert that did not fit and the follow-up​ visit to ensure this incredibly expensive insert even fit was an additional charge. Incredible. I would recommend looking for another option first. Or be prepared for additional charges that other doctors do not foist on patients. Gave 1 star because Yelp requires at least one. read more

Truly a caring and professional team. From the moment I called do to a problem with my toe the staff members were warm and professional. I called Thursday afternoon explain the pain I was having and appt set for Friday morning. From the moment I walked into the practice I greeted by a warm receptionist. Waited about 5 minutes then met with Dr Levy's assistant who was warm caring and personal to the issue I was having. Dr Levy was very professional and explained everything that was going on and what was needed so that I understood. This practice is truly one of the best. Thank you for what you do and I apologize for not knowing the staff members names. I was a little nervous coming in and during the procedure but the team really put at ease. Than you again. read more
