Everything here has a homemade feel, in a good way. The owners appear to be French-Indian. They put a welcome twist to some of their menu items like the Bombay bagel sandwich (curried tuna with cucumber and avocado), while other items like the New York sandwich are good interpretations of classics (pastrami and red onion with cream cheese). I had the Parisian, which featured a lightly sweet vinaigrette. In addition, the owners were willing to tailor make to our requests for our 3 kids as well. We were on the late side for lunch (3 PM), so the quiche had already sold out. I also got the last of the excellent butternut squash soup-of-the day. Salads are also composed, or you can choose a base of either spinach or romaine lettuce and choose up to four additions. Very friendly people who are very willing to speak English if your French is as poor as mine. Fairly small place but 6 or 7 tables available. read more
