The food was great for the most part, but things fell apart at the very end…read more.. I asked the server for a dessert recommendation, he said the Pistachio cheesecake was very good. I was a solo diner that evening and had already eaten my fill with too much food. Well, the cheese cake was more than just a slice. It could feed 3-4 people! Not only that, the cheesecake was NOT fresh. It was definitely pre-made and frozen, because the texture was very icy and the only pistachio part was the crust. So not only did the server recommend some freezer burned mid level cheesecake, but also just wanted to inflate the bill for a bigger tip. While the food was delicious, it is extremely over priced as well. You can find the same food for much cheaper. This is one of the many pit falls for dining in San Pedro Garza Garcia district. I don't mind paying good money for good food, but the pricing on typical items is just egregious for what it is. I'd avoid and do not recommend this place.

The costilla taco! Everything is Yummy!! Warms the soul! Had lunch here again. Was let down by the soup. Looks like they've changed the recipe/flavors. This time it was bland & oversalted. Tasted more like a vegetable broth with barely any mutton/sheep flavor. & had rice & chickpeas in it, that took away from the flavor even more. A really pity! The previous version was flavoursome & rich. The ribs were oversalted too. Management, please take note!

Gas grill set at 500 degrees. Place in middle of grill not over the flames. Close cover. I seared both sides then let it cook for 3-4 minutes each side. Came out perfect. Better than any thing I get at Costco. Tender like a filet mignon and so much more flavor than the filet.
