(Big Smiley Face). "HOW ARE YOU?!" and I get eye contact and a sheepish "Hi" back. Dear manager, if you should read this (because I called the store and s/he was no where to be found--surprising, isn't it?!) Please work harder to get help that can at least say hi to your customers--it's not a big thing, really. Until things change, file under Rat hole. Horrible. Avoid!!

Your error turned out to be my blessing. Good reddens to Walgreens. Thanks to them, now I get 29 percent off if all my drugstore needs. So my advice to folks . Stick with riteaid. In the end they look out for you.

My aunt's medication was transferred to this pharmacy due to CVS store closing near by. I called…read morethe pharmacy for 2days to verify if her medication were ready for pick up. I was on hold for 2hrs on one day with the automated system stating there are 3 callers ahead of you and 90 minutes the 2nd day. I decided to come into the store and waited in line to find out that none of her medications were ready for pick up. The pharmacist was very helpful. The pharmacy needs to do better with answering the phones.

It looks small, but they have a LOT of choices. The owners give very good recommendations when it comes to wine and beer. I was in and out but that is not normally a true timing as lines can get down the aisles with an hour wait to check out; making navigating throuhj the aisles and store shopping challenging. The staff for the most part are very helpfull and respectful. The store is tidy for the most part with carts constantly being collected from the outside and placed in the designated area. I would say the choice is yours but have a positive outlook and patience if deciding to shop here.
