My husband walked into the store and first thing he heard from a lady behind the counter was "I…read morewish they would just fire me!" I assume she was talking to her coworker that was there with her, so that threw up a red flag to my husband already at 4:40am. He grabs 3 reign energy drinks the sign on the drinks says 3/$5 and also grabbed a Arizona sweet tea, proceeds to go to the self checkout, the other lady who was working was an older lady and apparently she was doing all the work and the lady my husband had the encounter with was sitting behind the counter doing nothing! The energy drinks don't ring up correctly and his total comes out to $13 he ask they lady about it and tells her there was a sign for 3/$5 she giggles and looks at my husband and says "well there's nothing I can do, if it don't ring up in the system!" At this point my husband is fed up with this kind of behavior this early in the morning, he pays for his drinks and leaves! I don't care what kind of business you work in it should be common knowledge to do your job and not be rude to paying customers for no reason!

It would not budge when I tried to open it. Went directly inside and asked for a refund, and was first told by the clerk Caeden (sp?) that the wash comes with the gas. When I pointed him to the $10 charge on my receipt, all the guy did was look at me and said "sorry." Either he didn't know how to refund or he was messing with me after seeing my out of state plates. He clearly was aware the car wash was not working. He knew I did not get the wash I paid for because of the broken door, but did nothing to refund the money this business scammed from me. I called the next day asking for a manager to see if someone else could help, but no call back even though Caeden said he took the message. Did he expect me to just shrug my shoulders and donate them $10 extra dollars? GO across the street and do not patronize this business.

As a particular fan and gas station connoisseur, I'm really glad we have a Weigel's the Hixson…read morecommunity. If you are a fan of roller food you will not be disappointed. When you do. However, if you like something a little bit more up scale, they have a small Kitchen that makes a variety of sandwiches and tamales. I honestly cannot recall the last time we have gotten a new gas station in this community. It's a wellcome addition, and it's not as run down as all the others further down the road. The tamales were better than they had any right to be, considering they were literally roller food. They also have kitchen fresh pizzas, 2 slices for 5 bucks. That beats out other gas stations that has Hunt brothers. They also have your usual run of the mill variety of Cokes and Pepsi's, but we aint here to talk about that. We are here to talk about well above average roller food. I will sure as hell be back here for dinner when my wife is out oft town. As much as I'm enjoying Weigel's, I don't think she would share in my excitement for an evening out at a gas station for tamales, pizza, and pulled pork sandwiches.
