Promise #2: Recruitment Ambassador (Randy Alexander McDowell) Department: Police Department / Diversity Recruitment Details: Mayor promised to make Randy an official ambassador to increase recruitment of Black and underrepresented officers. A man (Indian) told my son that one ticket had already been scanned. My son without a second thought, just received part of the money, ($32.00).
