He also noticed a few issues that I hadn't noticed, like a loose soil pipe cap. After fixing all the old plumbing, he installed a new toilet and vanity. His work is top-notch and his rates are reasonable. He is a Rumford native and he is more than willing to recommend other tradespeople. All of his work and his referrals have worked out beautifully!!! Our parents' house is weeks from being sold, in part because of the great job Neal did on the house.

The technician spent 1.5 hours (by his own admission), but billed for 2.25 hours because (the fine print on the invoice revealed) we were charged for his travel time from his previous job to our location. We were also charged a dispatch fee. Neither the dispatch fee nor the travel charge were disclosed when we booked the appointment. This resulted in about $167.00 padding on an already hefty bill. The client, my mother, is a frail senior on a fixed income. Bilking seniors is not a good look, A-1. Oh, and showing up to a job drenched in cologne (I believe it was patchouli, to which both my mother and I are allergic) is decidedly unprofessional.

We ended up hiring someone private to do it the right way which cost us more. Then today (the second time) he forgot to bleed our lines and took off. I had to chase him down the driveway. I called to let them know and the woman told me she wanted to charge us $70 for him to come back out when it was his fault. So many people around town have issues with this company and we are sick of it. Definitely going through a different company. I do NOT reccomend this company at all in any way shape or form!
