Shocking. I gave them a full triage of what I had tried and failed to do to fix a rebooting issue with my phone. They responded that they would try step 1 -- downgrading to an old, outdated and unsupported version of stock android -- and entirely ignored my reply that it would not help. It did not. They held my phone to ransom for $50, ignoring my requests. Now $50 short I have a downgraded phone with the same problems. Avoid them. They are horrible. read more

I've always been a massive crackberry fan but my contract was up for renewal recently so I thought I'd have another try of the touchy feely phones everyone else spend there life staring at & got myself a Sony Xperia Z3. Things were going great for almost a fortnight when I discovered a hard lesson. These glass covered devices don't bounce like my previous heavily buttoned BlackBerry, nope they just smash so I made the call to Sony to see what could be done. They told me I could send it to them or deal directly with Fonebiz & retain my warranty & waterproofing which was one of the main reason I went the Z3 in the first place. I dropped it off just before they closed on Monday, they emailed me a quote for $100 which I payed online & had my phone back Wednesday morning good as new. Now I've got to look at getting a case so I won't be needing their services again any time soon. If you can't get to the store yourself they can also arrange a courier to pick it up & drop it back to you again. read more

I gave them my Samsung Note to get fixed (something wrong with the charging dock) they told me that it needs to be send away and that it would take 5-10 days to fix. Well a month later I have no phone. I had to call them as they did not attempt any communication with me the entire time by phone or email. My phone is not fixed and it is now taking forever to be shipped back to me. I wouldn't be surprised if it takes another month to get back to me. They take absolutely no ownership of this problem, blaming it all of the company doing the fixing. Awful experience and from other reviews a very common experience with fonebiz what a waste of my time. read more
