I purchased an iPhone 11 pro max from Reebelo and skyphonez is the vendor of Reebelo for the phone.
Now I know this sounds complicated but what it means is Reelebo is an agent for skyphonez Australia.
skyphonez supplies, delivers the phone, and carry the warranty.
All well so far except skyphonez are required to undertake a 40-point check on all refurbished phones they are refurbished, well that's the point.
Now I received my phone, yes, I was excited until I unwrapped it and found a dirty iPhone. What should I do, return it, or just clean the thing?
As I wanted to get the phone set up, cleaning was the job of the day.
When I say it was dirty, a better description would be a hard-type matter between the phone's glass and the case.
I picked it out, and it only took 10- 15 minutes and the phone looked good. While I was cleaning and picking, I became annoyed about the simple fact that skyphonezhad not done their job and here I am doing it for them.
I don't use the phone much maybe 2-3 calls daily and I used it on speakerphone.
It was only when I was in a public place that I realized I couldn't hear without the speaker on.
Never mind, I will go online and find out how to adjust the volume.
After trying to adjust the volume still no sound. Next time I go to the local shops I will call into my local "fix a phone" and he will adjust this for me.
The owner of the repair shop said the mic was full of glue and the mic will need to be replaced. How did glue get into the mic, why didn't skyphonez pick this up? Of course, they didn't, for they never inspected the phone and that's why it was so dirty.
The local serviceman managed to clean out about half the glue in the mic, and I could now use the phone without being on speaker.
You could still see the glue in the mic and this annoyed me for it looked dirty.
I decided to make a warranty guarantee claim and sent the phone back to Skyphonez, and that was a mistake.
Skyphonez receives the phone and days to weeks, with no communication. They now have the phone plus my money, so I decide all was lost but I will sue them out of principle.
No communication, but my phone just turns up, not repaired. Well, what was the point in sending it to them in the first place?
In my option, based on my dealings with them, this company is dishonest and completely untrustworthy.
Don't bother trying to phone them as they don't answer their phone and won't return email communications. Typical behaviour for a dogie company!
Why would you buy from skyphonez when honest retailers will match and better skyphonez prices?
At the end of this episode, I have decided to only buy through a store as dealing with these online companies is just not worth the stress and the real risk of losing all your money.

Sorry you had a bad experience but when our technicians rechecked the phone, we are of the option that it happened after it left our premises or we checked the volume, and it was working. Opps couldn't they see the ugly glue?
It properly will go along those lines which will demonstrate exactly my point, they will never fix any phone exactly as all the reviews point out. read more
