The service was fairly relaxed and didn't exactly inspire confidence. The guys delivered though and I was mighty relieved that I had the use of my beloved little smart phone again. It took a few days mind you, and I never received a text on the day I was told I would. Furthermore, as I work fairly long hours I had to wait until a Thursday to collect as this is the only day they are open until 7pm. I arrived at about 6.50pm and... closed. Highly irritating but I forgave them when I eventually had a working phone in my hand. My advice? Be quite specific about the service levels that you expect and you should be fine.
