This is a great experience. The staff was so accommodating and very attentive. I can't say enough good things about the food. We had the classic fondue. It's a great place to start. I wish I was still hungry so I could have tried the desert fondue. The atmosphere was perfect. I felt like I was in a Swiss ski chalet. Finding hair in your food...okay, it happens. But being accused of placing one of my own in melted cheese and then being kicked out... SIMPLY UNACCEPTABLE. Tried calling for a reservation and was told it was full. When I asked if I could get contacted incase of a cancellation I was bluntly told no by a woman on the phone. Extremely rude staff, I wouldn't suggest it based on that. read more
