I was greeted at the front counter very professionally and was guided to the technicians in the back of the store. Customer service there was bad. The counter person who finally waited on me was contrary and pompous. His answers were delayed, slow, as if I ought to have figured something out on my own. Clearly he wasn't interested in helping me, or earning any money for which I was prepared to spend a lot. I am in customer service. I work, front of house and often at a register. I didn't have the time to deal with this guy's baggage which he ought to leave at home. Sad and annoyed I left the store and consider this trip a waste of time. I won't return.

The staff here is really friendly and helpful. This place does have a lot of your basic needs and some more advanced needs. As I understand it, they can get stuff sent from the Melrose store or probably special order stuff for you, but I suppose that's where places like B&H come in handy. Still, it is nice to have a physical store that you can actually browse. When I have come for basic things, they usually have what I need. A godsend if you need that last-second purchase of 35 or 120.

HE finally answered my phone call and stated its under lock and key and safe. He has not done any repairs or sent it out to be repaired and refuses to set up a time so I can just retrieve it and go to a different company. DO NOT drop off your product to him. I have had police go to his business and there is little they can do unless I want to press charges and up until now I was giving him the benefit of the doubt.
