I have never been much of one to do reviews, but for Diane at Focal Point eSolutions, I am going to make an exception. Our first go around with another web developer was on par with getting a root canal, a real unpleasant experience to say the least. There was never any communication or any sense of urgency to get things done. With a majority of our revenue being generated from our website, this was just unacceptable. Unfortunately, she was away on vacation and didn't feel comfortable to take on a new project without being able to dedicate all of her attention to our needs.
