When I finally received my wedding video they missed so much of the footage and it appeared they just took a break for 3 hours between my ceremony and the end of the night. They redid it but still wasn't great. When they finally sent me the raw footage of my wedding via mail the flash drive was empty with nothing on it. I reached out to let them know and they never responded!! Still have not heard back nor do I have the raw footage.

We looked for MONTHS and watched endless wedding videos to find a videographer in the area perfect for us- the layout of the video we were going for, our budget, editing style, personality, etc.- Nick and his crew were the whole shebang! Nick brought along not one but TWO other awesome guys to video our wedding as well. These minds/personalities were made for it! They were really a great addition to our day. The coolest people with such a positive energy and attitude. I didn't see them without a genuine smile on their face the entire day. Nick REALLY worked with our budget; accomplishing everything we wanted and then some. They captured every moment, big and small, in the most unique and detailed way. I did my research for hours on end for months, and I can promise you they are worth every penny! One of my favorite additions to our wedding day hands down. I know many debate having a videographer in addition to photos or vice versa when budgeting for the big day- I highly recommend both! You won't regret it, but you might regret not having them. THANK YOU guys again! You're the bomb. (A few screenshots of some of my favorite moments of the video included.)

Also, he was quick to respond via email and provided information on where to meet at the beach, which was within walking distance of where we were staying. We chose to do 30 min session at sunrise, which I thought would be long enough for a 2year old, and It was a perfect amount of time. The pictures came out beautifully and exceeded my expectations!! Sometimes, it's harder to get the right lighting with interracial families because of the light and dark contrast but I was amazed at perfect they were!! Jimmy was great to work with and let me do whatever my extrovert side wanted, LOL. Also, he offered suggestions on how to pose, and overall it was such a pleasant experience. I'd recommend him for your family beach photos and can't wait to use him in the future as our family grows :)

He answered all of my questions and worked with my family's availability, our time constraints, and the forecasted weather. When picture time came, he met us at our convenience and followed our lead. His professionalism and demeanor put my family at ease and our poses were not numbered like other photographers. He took our photos how we wanted them to be taken. It was such a wonderful experience and I recommend Blacksuit FM Photoraphy any and all days of the week!

I recently booked a family photography session with this photographer and, unfortunately, my…read moreexperience did not meet expectations. During the session, there was very little guidance or direction provided for posing. We chose this photographer specifically because of her advertised expertise in sunset beach photography, so we were expecting more structure and creative input to help capture our family in the best possible way. When we received the final gallery, we were disappointed with the overall quality of several images. The sunset--one of the main reasons we booked--was barely visible or lacked the vibrant colors we anticipated. In fact, some photos we took ourselves on our phones captured the sky more vividly. Additionally, several images appeared soft or lacked sharpness, particularly around the eyes, which made them feel unusable. It was very clear the photos were edited using AI tools. To her credit, the photographer acknowledged that some of the issues were due to moisture affecting her lens during the session. She offered either a complimentary reshoot or a 30% refund. While I appreciate the effort to address the situation, neither option fully resolves the disappointment--especially since we are not local and cannot easily return for a reshoot. None of the prints are worth printing. It was very disappointing as this was our first family photography session with my new granddaughter. Overall, while the photographer was professional in communication, the final product did not reflect the level of quality we expected based on her portfolio and pricing. I would recommend that future clients clarify expectations around posing, editing style, and contingency plans for technical issues before booking.
