So glad I found the Body Sculpt LA and the owner, Maggie is such a great asset. I need a kick start to my weight loss management, plus it is encouraging to see how your body will transform. Upon calling for an appointment, she was very honest, did not try to upsell me any other services and encouraged me to first make it in person and have her take a look so she can recommend the best approach. This is rare and I appreciated this. I made an appointment for cryo therapy, to reduce some stubborn fat in both arms. The procedure itself was painless and did not experience anything negative. No downtime and can go about my day. Made it in, and Maggie was very pleasant, patient and honest all the way. With her help now, I have started to watch more of what I eat, especially carbs and refined sugars. As I keep going for more sessions and inquire diet/exercise I do hope to see and loose a few inches.
