He apologized, and told me that the suits there had not told him which of his clients they were telling to buzz off. My point is, if they are so disrespectful to their own important employees, they must be truly contemptuous of their customers. s

We ended up paying close to $50,000 - you read that correctly - for one year of accounting (yes this included bookkeeping and 5 tax returns) alone. We thought there had been an error or had been double charged. But apparently what happens is someone lower down the chain of command does the accounting, and then someone higher up double checks for errors - so you basically end up being charged twice. It was our fault for not noticing earlier - but also they are not transparent about what they're billing for in terms of hours. Our previous accountants billed us to the minute. Eide Beilly~ We would just get bills for thousands of dollars and sometimes tens of thousands. Needless to say once we actually started doing the math and were told no it wasn't an error, we very quickly left the firm. We liked one of our accountants Lindsey Myron but the firm itself is astronomically pricey. Run for the hills.
