He refuses to fix things on-time. He complains about the smallest issues. And beware. He massively OVERCHARGES for minor repairs and apartment cleaning when you move out. He also has a history of eviction people over petty personal issues and has engaged in revenge-seeking behavior when confronted with how he's in violation of the law. If the current and past tenets got together, they could sue this place for a huge sum. It's not worth the beautiful view.
