House of vapor has taken care of me time and time again I actually owe them for helping officially…read morequit smoking cigarettes but they also started me on a new addiction and that's the chase of the cloud. They always have a great selection on all your vaping needs including e juice mods atomizers tanks batteries and kenthal and manufactured coils for tanks that need it their prices are very competitive and the knowledge is unreal they can answer every question you have and they can do it with detail. They were very patient with me they taught me how to build a coil and it only took 29 different times going there lol now I'm a champ ! Only thing is they run out of a lot of stuff and takes forever I feel like for them to restock sometimes. That's why only four stars. So call before you go to see if it's in stock what your looking for. Greg pretty much the only employee there is amazing he does a great job with everything and he is extremely honest which will make this company go far in the over populated ecig city.

I went in tonight at 940pm just browsing and was immediately greeted by BOTH workers, one was named jay (he was the main one that helped us out) and a guy with a pony tail, I forgot his name. But Jay really helped find things and showed us cool pieces and worked with us to find a great piece for us. So thank you Jay and pony tail guy! You guys rock and keep doing a fantastic job

UNPROFESSIONAL AND POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE! I initially ordered a puffco pro online and went into the…read morestore to see if it was ready to be picked up. Upon arriving at the store the store employee who was very nice was talking with me and I told him about how I received a discount from the online store which was great! The employee went on to tell me that if my puffco item is discounted it will void my warranty. He even went on to tell me how he's encountered customers in the past who have had this issue. Naturally I decided to purchase in store so I could keep the warranty. (If you were told your $400 product wasn't warrantied wouldn't you?) I come to find out that I was misled by the employee and I could have kept my online order (with the 25% discount) and still maintained the warranty through puffco. I reached out via the website hoping someone could help me and unfortunately I was met with short answers and a total disregard for customer service. Considering I was given incorrect information from a store employee which ended up costing me 100+ dollars I was anticipating them to recognize the mistake and hopefully attempt to right the wrong. Instead I was told "we can't do anything about it no more" and they promptly ended the discussion. Highly disappointed as I thought the shop and store employee were great and had a nice selection, but I will not give my business to a company who disregards its paying customers so flippantly.
