Ordered as an add in to a food order through Door Dash, driver went to location as indicated owner…read moreof store did not fill the order because he said that he sent in the pricing updates to DoorDash 48 hours ago and they had not updated them so he refused to fill the order but did not notify anyone. This caused the DoorDash driver to make an extra stop for nothing. This is really poor customer service He further wasted his time by making the driver call me so the owner of Randall Package could tell me his story. He should've notified someone at Door Dash right away that he would not fill the order and not waste the drivers time. It was a 6 pack of coors light, how much difference of a price could it have been? Truly he probably just cost the driver way more in lost time.

Though Hamilton is overpriced and small and has a smaller liquor selection than one will find- I…read morelike it for the customer service! Its close by to my place so this is where I will end up going for butts or emergency Pre-Patriots game Beers. I asked the first time for Kamel Reds (if you've read basically any of my reviews you know how hard they are to find!) The clerk I think is the owner there - He said they didn't have them but he'd gladly order them. I said sure, but don't go buying them just for me, I think I'm the only person in the county that smokes them. He laughed and rang me up. Before you leave this place, just check out the 80+ different hot sauces they have! Its the craziest thing - they only have a few different sodas, only in the small 20oz bottles or if you are lucky liters- 2 kinds of juice but about a gazillion hot sauces. I've tried a few and liked them all - though also overpriced! I think they charge so much more for their liquor because they give this neighborhood the advantage of staying open longer during the week and the weekends. I can recommend staying away from anything except beer here - unless its a real emergency - like 25 bucks for a small bottle of Jim Beam? ehhh ouch! So I returned a few weeks later and as soon as I walked in the clerk pulled out a pack of Kamel Reds! " Where ya been ?" He says. HA! I was so pumped I shook his hand.

I have lived across the street from Gilbert's market for 16 years and although it can be a bit…read morepricey just about all convenience stores are pricey because they are convenient You're paying for the convenience of it. With that out of the way, the owner of the store is a very polite man. I am in a wheelchair and he is so helpful to me the aisles can be narrow and sometimes I can't reach things that are up higher and he will always come over and ask if he can help me and if I ask him for help he'll come right over and help me to reach something. Also when I'm coming in or leaving he always holds the door for me both him and the other gentleman that works there so I have no complaints as far as Gilbert's market goes. I wish there were more store owners and employees that were as helpful as they are.

He refused, I asked again, said after just mispricing the first thing I would like my second item scanned, and he still refused, said he knew how much it was etc, so I walked out. I wanted different flavors of vodka but found that they carry only one flavor. They cover the basics and that's about it. Don't expect to find some little known liquor here, they just won't have it. They're cheap though. At least when you can't find what you're looking for, what you do find wont be outrageously priced. The cashier was pleasant as well. Didn't creep me out as other liquor stores clerks have.
