From time to time things do need to fixed and I gotta say this company has two wonderful people to assist in that. Darlene is a gem! I cant say enough good things about her. She responds quickly, gets the help that's needed AND follows up. I don't think we have ever had a person as good as she is when it comes to maintenance in a house we rent. I really feel like I need to send her something to express how much her help is appreciated. The other person that is fantastic is the maintenance guy, Donnie. He is so calm, informative and just overall a nice person to deal with. His work is always done extremely well and timely! Overall, I would definitely recommend this company to anyone just based on my experience.

Lawn mower, leaf blowers, weights amongst other things were stolen from my property and their response was "well you rented it as is". They couldn't even list the property properly on major rental websites and when I asked them to fix this I was told I had to pay extra to get them individually listed lol. I was deployed to a war zone while my wife was moving back in and they couldn't waste their precious Saturday to give her the keys back. Wouldn't trust them to walk my dog down the street.

She repeatedly showed us and spoke of property lines that were incorrect. The day before closing she stated that she was unaware and it was her fault for not checking further. She also stated she would give us her commission due to this negligence. On closing day, not only did she not forward her commission, we didn't even receive a welcome gift or a thank you card. From this point on, she has defended her stance with complete untruths, although the lender and title company are also aware of her misguidance. I hope that others choose a better realtor that does the legwork that you hire and pay them to do.

Bugging the crap out of Todd and always feeling like I was his only client. I found the perfect home for me and he worked even harder to finish the sale. I HIGHLY recommend Todd and the staff at Emerald Coast.

My Mother passed away and left me her Condo on Pensacola Beach. I consider myself Real Estate…read moresavvy, but knew nothing of the Pensacola market, let alone the Beach. A college friend of mine recommended Conna and I could not have been more satisfied. Clearing out my Mother's belongings and life was an emotional experience for me. Conna was able to keep me on track while showing empathy for my loss and emotions. She pushed me to list it higher than I planned. Conna provided with me with sources and options to assist in readying the apartment for listing. She gave solid advice on where to make improvements and where not to waste my money. Despite her being the agency Broker with many listings and clients, she stayed personally involved with my listing and sale. Within a week, we had a contract. As is common in Condo sales, we had a couple of snags getting to closing. One on my end and a far more complicated one for the buyer's financing. Conna took the lead on both issues working directly with the Condo Association on my behalf and the underwriter on the buyer's behalf despite not being the "buyer's agent". Her experience, demeanor, and local knowledge shined through. The deal would have fallen through without her. Should you choose Conna as your agent, you are not just choosing her. You are getting a TEAM of professionals that are all and always available for any questions or issues you may have. Conna' direct Assistant Joseph is her Ace. I ask a lot of questions. I am a PITA. Never once did I have a question, issue, or need that within the same day of asking, Conna or Joseph did not have an answer and solution by the end of the business day. In fact, there were many times on Joseph's day off, he would get back to me. As you can tell from this review, I am a big fan. Sadly, my father passed away a year later and left me his Condo an hour away at Perdido Beach. If not, be very sure I was even MORE SATISFIED the second time around. Two thumbs up for two different property sales!!!

During tear-off, they found damaged decking that needed replacement and provided photo documentation of the repairs. The final roof includes a full shingle replacement and low-slope roofing sections, and everything was completed according to code. I spoke with Sammy Dean who introduced their company and shared in detail what materials would be used to replace my existing roof. I was offered a clear understanding of what the timeline for the roof replacement would be and told how they would protect my home and shrubs. I was amazed the day the crew came to start the project. It was like a well oiled machine, each knowing their task. All people I spoke to with Keith Walther Roofing were pleasant and professional from the office staff, to the sales rep (who was also the overseer of the project, Sammy Dean) and the hard working crew of roofers. This was a job well done.
