As a neighbor of one of these property builds, they hooked up their hose to my water without permission (police report filed), trashed my fence, blocked my gate entrance with their big dump trailer (had to call police back out to get it moved), etc. All while they keep claiming they "are community focused". Not my definition of good neighbor or community. read more

From the Business

Specialties

Father Daughter Builds was founded in 2019 by Jessica Ford and her father Gary Bishop in Pensacola, Florida. They love working together, and have since built a close team of building professionals that come from various backgrounds but all share the same passion for designing and building beautiful homes for families in their community. FD Builds was founded to offer a more personal experience to home buyers. There are many builders out there producing homes that benefit their wallet, but lack heart. We wanted something better for you. We don't settle for builder grade finishes, and we don't look for the cheapest way to build your home - we look for the best way.

This review is specific to two employees within warranty department, Mr. Harvey & Ms. Julie…read more First and foremost, Mr. Harvey is always pleasant and respectful, when he comes to repair something. He does great work and is always deticated to getting them done right, the first time. We very much appreciate him and felt that he should be recognized. Second-Ms. Julie is also a joy to work with. Its clear that she truly cares about our concerns and has promptly communicated any changes or schedule mixups. Thank you from the Williams Family!

Classic shady landlord BS…read more The office manager, Olivia & her district manager, Rebecca are dishonest and have extremely poor character. They sent maintenance down unannounced one day saying a pipe burst, found nothing. They charged us almost $200 for 1 month of water. I called management and they told me that my water bill wasn't abnormally high. So what alerted them to a potential burst pipe if the bill wasn't abnormally high? Called the district manager and then they conveniently found a burst pipe buried outside. Still charged me. They're liars.

The management are awesome and very caring and helpful. I have been here now for a few weeks and its actually a really nice community. Great diversity of residence and located near great shopping.
