During the wait, she would call numerous times with them saying they would get back to her but never doing so, on other calls saying they didn't know the status or where it was at. On her last call to them, the manager Chelsea openly laughed at her concerns and offered nothing for the trouble. After requesting that it shouldn't be paid for since it took four months, Chelsea said it wasn't really their problem since it's done by a third party.
