The food was ok but nothing to write home about. I think if you allow people to text in their orders, you should make sure you have the food to fulfill it before you respond "Ok" to confirm that it will be done. When people are working and pre-plan their order to pick up, they don't have time to wait around.

Unfortunately, they never arrived, never called, and never texted. We received no advance notice at all, which left us and our guests in a really tough spot and gave us no chance to line up a replacement. Things happen, but the lack of communication and accountability is what really stings. When you're planning an event, you need vendors you can rely on. Based on our experience, we would be very hesitant to ever use or recommend them in the future.

The bread is also made fresh locally by Helfers Bakery and is that kind of Hawaiian bread type. These buns are a little larger than your typical hot dog bun and even still the brat is sticking out by inches on either end of the bun. Sides. Well the grilled sweet corn is fantastic - it has some secret herb mix and lots of butter and then is grilled to get a nice char. It's so sweet, too. Their baked beans are good; I'd say above average. The potato salad is the yellow mustard style (which I prefer over the mayo kind) and is great! I haven't tried their other sides, but I'm sure they're not disappointing. These guys are doing a top notch job of turning a backyard favorite into a craveable, everywhere meal!

They arrived right around 6:15 PM and were set up and ready to go within 15 minutes. Super efficient and professional from the start. For the entire two hours I was there, they had a steady line which honestly made me so happy for them because they truly deserved it. The staff was kind, upbeat, and just genuinely pleasant to interact with. You could tell they cared about the experience just as much as the food. The menu was small, which I personally loved no overthinking, just straight to the good stuff! Their combo options were perfect for trying a bit of everything. The tacos were amazing, and even my kids couldn't get enough. The cheese quesadilla was a big hit too! However, the quality and quantity of the food that comes out of this small and secluded location is quite astonishing. The pescado frito, while one of the more expensive items on the menu at $17, is an entire fried fish. It also comes complete with a cabbage, pickled onion, and tomato salad, refried beans, queso fresco, plaintain slices, and a mayo ketchup dipping sauce for the slices. The fry on the pescado frito is perfect, and while it would be best straight out of the fryer, she carefully wraps it in aluminum foil so that it largely maintains its texture. The tacos hondurenos de pollo came as a set of three for $7. Once again, the crisp on the shell of the tacos was perfect, and the quality and quantity are exceptional. We also got the horchata for $3 and it was quite tasty. There are some picnic tables set up with umbrellas for dining there as well.
