They stand behind their work and are quick to address and repair anything that needs attention- even if it's the homeowner's dog that caused the need for the repair. We made a call to Lake Gaston HVAC and set up an appointment for when we would be back to the lake. He worked around our schedule and and showed up earlier than planned. His knowledge of the systems was incredible as I was just trained in the history of my insufficient unit I had in place. He provided me with two options of which my wife and I went with option 2. Option 1 was to refull the freon again, which should not be leaking. We bought a new unit and air mover. We knew it was time but we were not ready last year. So, we set up a date and time. The install went without any issues and we were up and running with peace of mind. I highly recommend Pat and LAKE GASTON HVAC, which I have already done to my neighbor. Thank you!!!!
